This review is solely for Michelle Lane who works at this realtor. Michelle Lane is a dishonest realtor who unfortunately doesnt abide by business ethics. She was the landlords agent when I was looking for a rental. She has processed my application; it got approved and then she decided to rent the unit to another tenant even though I have applied for the unit earlier. Unlike her claims, she has never asked for a deposit through email or phone and has has deferred this matter to her colleague and stopped answering my calls. In addition. she has made her junior colleague leave me a voicemail to tell me that the landlord took the apartment off the market even though she has rented it herself! I strongly discourage any buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords to work with this realtor - I dont think you can trust her for your real estate business.

I think there is no other person like Michelle Lane in the real state business. She easily sold my home for far more than I thought it was worth- Her local knowledge in real state property is unbelievable, and I would highly recommend working with her to sell/buy property to anyone in the greater boston area. I came to her after I saw how easily she sold my neighbors property. After doing some research she sat down with me, showed me comps, explained how I should stage my home, and even helped me clean up my property! Within a week we received our first offer, and within a month we had the closing. I can not say how grateful I am for her hard work and du-diligence, I would highly recommend her to any looking to buy or sell!

You can’t go wrong picking Michelle Lane to be your realtor whether selling or buying. She is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and willing to get to know you so she can understand what you need and to help you achieve it. Michelle consistently goes the extra mile for all of her clients. In addition to being a pro with all of the formality of buying or selling, she is a wonderful warm person who is always a pleasure to be around.
