I must say that without the service at LD, me and my friends wound not have found a place for rent during the last academic year. We went in knowing vaguely what we wanted to live in but the agent really helped us out. It was if the agent knew every answer to all of our questions and showed real determination to help us out through the whole process. Without LD we would still have been arguing over where we should have rented!

I would highly recommend Lila Delman Real Estate. The company has many realtors working under the Lila Delman name, and each is different. I personally have used Alex Thursby on multiple occasions and found her to be helpful, honest, and always looking out for my best interest. I will be using her again in the future and would recommend her service to anyone else.

I would caution people from using this realtor. Real estate companies are like leaves in the fall. Theyre everywhere. Use one other than Delman. I found their style to be abrasive and unprofessional. They are concerned with their own pockets and not the needs of the customer. Skip this company and find one more reputable.
