Vicky Kustov, Realtor with EXIT Real Estate
"Dear Vicky, Throughout our journey to finding our dream home, you were always by our side or just a phone call away (and there were MANY). I never imagined meeting such a patient and caring individual; you were there through the entire process, Coming from the NE we had certain expectations in a home, which at times felt like we were attempting the impossible, but you not only listened to each request, you managed to find us our dream home! You always took the time to call us, kept us in the loop, and updated us on every step of the process; from start to closing (and even afterwards)! You have a gift for working with people, and youre one of the best and most astute listeners I have ever met. It has truly been a pleasure working with a knowledgeable, compassionate, and tolerant person such as yourself. We will not only be references for life, but also friends. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Vicky!! We are very happy in our new home and we look forward to working with you in the future as we trust your expertise.” Thanks! Jey & Siva.

interesting that you say you dont know me! You perfectly know who I am. Its obvious based on your response you know who Im. I was approached by Vicky a few times asking if Id like her to list my house for me. I told her thank you, but Id like to sell it privately. After continuously trying to pressure me, she got upset and said in a very rude manner, "Good luck, because youll really need it". The day of my open house, my friend came inside and told me that there was a woman standing in the yard saying all kinds of negative things about the house, and trying to steer people away from it. Vicky was suggesting that they go to a house on her listing instead. After speaking with her, a few of the potential buyers who came to see the house, decided to leave. Vicky is a bully, and bullies people into working with her. If you are looking for an agent, find someone with a little more class

Considering Vicky as your realtor? Confident she would be selling the condo we were looking at this afternoon, Vicky felt it totally appropriate to turn away business from an open house. She was barking orders at everyone who came in (no "hello" or "welcome" or smile here) and turned me out when I could not remember the name of my realtor to write on the sign-in sheet (and I am not entirely comfortable writing my full contact information on a sign-in sheet seen by many people). This has never happened to me at an open house and she said she "couldnt help that other people dont do their jobs." She continued to shout at the door at me as I left (she said I would not be permitted to view the unit). If you want your realtor to shame prospective buyers who may be struggling with learning disabilities and/or memory loss, she is your woman!

Our first impression of Vicky was "Wow, she is very responsive" and it only continued from there. Vickys knowledge of the market conditions was clearly demonstrated by the in-depth CMA she provided. She was not only professional and courteous but consistently went that extra step to be helpful or make the process go as smooth as possible. We are out of state and Vicky didnt hesitate to come to us to make sure we had all the necessary paperwork and understood every step of the process in advance. She also took great care in making sure the property showed well. This clearly had an impact since we had multiple offers. I would highly recommend Vicky to anyone buying or selling real estate.

I met Vicky a few months ago. We did not give her our listing as we wanted to sell the house ourselves. She tried to pressure us into selling with her, however, we would not budge. Because she did not have our listing she unfairly spoke negative about the house we were selling right in front of potential buyers who came to see the house at our open house. There are many real estate agents out there. My advice is to find one that is both fair and knowledgeable even when they are not the listing agent. Having someone like Vicky whether you are the buyer or the seller will not give you an advantage but will be a disadvantage.

My wife and I cannot express how thankful we were to have Vicky Kustov as our real-estate agent, she truly was an angel. We looked at many houses and when we found the one we wanted, it was a challenging transaction to say the least (not sure what the sellers realtor did to earn his money). Vicky was as patient as a saint and juggled tasks like a professional. Thank goodness for her, we overcame every obstacle that came our way. If it was not for her persistence the deal would have failed. Vicky from Gina and I, Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! Andrew & Gina

Simply stated, Vicky is outstanding in every aspect of her job. She gets all the information needed (Even some information you may not know you need) to help you make an informed decision about buying and selling your property. She has great insight that I find refreshing and helpful. She was able to direct me to other professionals in the lending area who were just as good as she is. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone who needs a real estate professional.

Vicky helped me buy a condo in Beverly this summer. For me as first time buyer she was an invaluable source of knowledge and advice, and she truly went beyond my expectations. Throughout the process, she was extremely professional, responsive, and available to meet at very short notice. She also connected me with exceptional inspection and mortgage professionals. I am very happy with the condo, and would recommend Vicky without hesitation. Thank you Vicky!
