I had been living in Rhode Island on the Eastside for almost my entire life when I finally decided to make the big move. I tested out several other real estate agents in the area only to be left with disappointment as my listing continued to expire, no one showed up to my open houses, and while I constantly called my agent to seek advice, I often was met with a non-responsive answering machine/voicemail. FINALLY, I was put in contact through a friend with Stephen Thibodeau who called me back that same day that I first contacted him. I was already impressed. From beginning to end, Stephen stayed in constant contact,to keep me updated about potential buyers and how we could better market my home. While I had to drop my price a bit from my initial asking price, I feel that Stephen maximized the sale of my house and sold it for a more than competitive price. I would recommend him to anyone interested in selling their home in the RI area!

Stephen sold my house less than 3 weeks. Every time I called or left a voice message, he would get back to me with an timely manner. He and his team took care of us even after we sold the house to make sure we got every thing done completely. Stephen was energetic, thorough, and tireless in selling our house. In a really tough market, he managed to find potential buyers and held multiple open houses to generate interest. We were selling our house from afar, so having him in the area to keep an eye on our property and check in on it regularly put our minds at ease and made the process much easier. We highly recommend him!
