My wife and I worked with Ryan Schruender of Real Living/Schruender Real Estate twice: purchase in 2010 and sale in 2016. Both times, he was very helpful. Always accessible, very friendly and professional, an all-around great agent. When we were first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions. Ryan is young like us, so we related to him easily. He is the son of the business owner, so I trusted his information and experience, and rightfully so. After considerable time spent searching for our 2010 purchase, Ryan found us a house that fit our criteria perfectly. The closing process took almost 2 months start to finish, and we were in the house for just over 5 years. We sold in early 2016 to accommodate a growing family. He brought in every expert you could think of to make sure our house sold smoothly. He exceeded our sale price goal and earned us a comfortable profit from the sale.
