We had our car stolen out of our driveway and all of our keys to the house were in the car. We called John from Andover-No. Andover lock & Key to replace all of our house locks and he was here at 8:30am the next morning which was a Saturday. He could not have been more helpful. He worked very quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the end result and the cost for his services were way more than reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone that asks and I only have one locksmith I will ever call from now on!

Hours were posted online 10-3. Showed up on a Friday at 10:30 and there was a sign saying closed...be back at 11. Showed up at 11:15am on a Monday. The sign was posted that hours are 11-3. The same closed sign was there. Will not be giving this company my business. Both times I went out of my way to go there and was extremely disappointed.
