Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Always greet with a smile. They help you find what you are looking for, dont just tell you where it is. If they dont have exactly what you came looking for, they will help you figure out if something they do have will work. I actually look forward to going there. To the person who gave the one star rating criticizing about the selection... I dont think you grasp the value of a neighborhood store if you were expecting to find Home Depot there. They have an incredible selection, especially considering the size of the store. And when Home Depot et al. were out of shovels winter of 2015? These guys had them. When I was there, a woman called from Charlestown and was driving all the way over to buy one.

One of the best hardware stores that I have ever been to. As a landlord and real estate broker, I go there a lot. I highly recommend them because the staff is very knowledgeable and they have everything that a good hardware store should have, plus a lot more. They are the only place that cuts keys that work every time. Great screen and glass repair. Nice people, too.
