Scam artists, I was cheated out over $140 by these people. The charged me for both normal balancing AND load balancing even though I did not request it. They tried to make up a story that it was required service on my car. Not true. They refused to provide a printout for an alignment that I paid for, which means that they did not actually do it. It took them over 3 hours to do this "work" and when they finally finished I actually caught the service guy doing a drift with my car as he pulled it up. Icing on the cake? They used the wrong weights for my wheels and they went flying off within five minutes of leaving. I had to go somewhere else to have the car balanced AGAIN because New England Tire screwed up on their overcharged balance job. They also told me I needed a new battery (and apparently everybody else in the waiting room). Battery is fine. Absolutely vile scum, my blood pressure rises every time one of their ads come in the mail. (yes, they will send you spam) Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you value your car, time, or money.

A few weeks ago I came in to get a sticker for my car. I was greeted by the manager, Bob. I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car. While I was in the waiting room I felt very uncomfortable. It seemed as though a new member joined there team and the managers were not happy. Place seemed very on edge. As I went to get my car, the mechanic who brought out my car smelled of alcohol and there were footprints on my floor. I went into the store and told the manager Bob F, basically blew me off and said, that it wasnt there problem. I commented about the employee and the manager walked into the garage. He did not answer me nor did he come back out. All I can say is WOMEN SHOULD NOT GO THERE! I went there because I had gotten coupons and thought I would get good service, instead I felt as though I was nothing to them but a sale. If I could give a negative star, that is what I would give them.

New England Tire Center in Northboro, they do a transmission drain, filter change, new trans fluid refill, crack the trans pan, try to repair it unsucessfully, charge the customer outrageous money, the pan leaks, now they deny ever doing the work. the customers credit card shows the charge on it from NETC for the exact amount written on the invoice...... but wait. the customer is told she doesnt have an invoice in her hand, she has a work order and theres no record of the repair. convenient! the corporate office wants a certified statement from the customers bank showing the charge. she gets the certified statement and sends it off to NETC corporate. just another case of countless women being taken advantage of by unscrupulous shops. this is why Ill always have work

I dropped my car off for an alignment and saw some guy driving my car later in the day, was not needed for an alignment. They wanted to fix a bunch of other things, that arent a real problem at the moment and would have cost hundreds of dollars. When I said no suddenly they couldnt do my alignment. I brought to town fare tire and they did the alignment no problem and for much less money. They said there was no reason it could not be done. I later had the mechanic an my work and he said there was nothing wrong and that new england tire was just trying to get money out of me. I will never go there again.

Brought my 2013 escape in for sticker, was told it failed on the brakes, (e-brake), and windshield wipers. I thought my brakes felt fine, so Rather than pay them $548.00 to get my sticker, I took the car to the Ford dealership. They checked my E-Brake and said it held up to 2000 rpm before the car moved, and my wipers were fine. I received my sticker without a problem, and was advised to go back and ask for my money from New England Tire. I chock it up to a lesson learned, "dont go to New England Tire" for a sticker unless you want to buy parts you dont need.

Straight scam artist! My friend got a flat tire on her way to work...AAA came and put a donut on our car what she got to work we took it three doors down to New England tire where they told her because she has all-wheel-drive she would need four new tires.... charging her over $700 if she was to agree...today she got her one damage tire patched up for $50 by her dads mechanic. Because she was a young hot blonde they definitely try to take advantage!!!! These people are so crooked! Do not go there at all....go to Sears to get tires!

I went there for my VW CC service, they were nice and pleasant, howveer, I was given an estimate of $ 272 Dollars which turned out to be wrong ! The real number was $ 580 Dollars !!! "Sorry, we missed couple items" I was not informed of this until the car was almost ready, I called the dealer to see if I can get the rest done by VW delaership, but they refused and I ended up paying higher cost than the dealer with a so-so quality ... Never going there again !

These guys are Awesome! They were able to answer all of my questions and talk me through all my options. Most of all they took great care of my "new to me" BMW with an attention to detail you dont often see anymore. Bill was great to work with and took extra care to make sure everything was done right. Techs in the back were great too and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, new tires look and feel great!

first time I went with them the guy that picked up my car dropped my windshield wiper down, it was up from the snow, and cracked my windshield. He then told us we should call our insurance company in a few days and say someone threw a rock at it. Then after that they rotated our tires and threaded the screws on one of them causing the tire to fall off the car leaving us with a bent axel and a ruptured oil tank.

What a difference new management can make - I went back purely for convenience sake and was so impressed with Don and Carl and their team. I needed a used car inspection and there were 3 mechanics all over this vehicle. Far more professional than my previous, lackluster experience. If I do end up buying this vehicle its due, in part, to knowing I would have have honest and reliable service
