These people are the most lazy incompetent people ever. This includes the rude owner. My car looks so bad Im actually disputing the charges with my credit card company. 5 weeks to get my car painted. They had it for 5 weeks. Then I went back on 2 occasions to pick it up and noticed big globs of paint on it. The 3rd time I went to pick it up it was horrible. I spoke to the owner again and was told they were too busy, Id have to take the car and come back. He was never able to fit me in though. 9 mos later my paint is peeling, cracking and bubbling. Theres overspray all over the place. HORRIBLE

Awful experience. They said the car was going to be fixed in about 3 weeks and it took them over 6 weeks and I had to come back like 3-4 more times to get fixed things they did not fixed and they were supossed to. I felt so frustrated and could not do anything because my car insurance had already sent them a payment check . I ended up paying rental out of my pocket because the car insurance only cover for 30 days which I think is enough to fix a car, and that the shop said was going to be fixed in 3 weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go some place else

Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car there twice within a week of each other. Some people just cant drive in the snow... sucks for me and my car! People in the shop were great. Im not sure what others are experiencing... You deal with your insurance and they deal with the shop. I stopped by to see the car a couple of times and the shop was great. Ill go there again and I have already referred my friends and family... it might be a drive for some. Lol

I got huge scratch on my car between two passenger doors. I thought it was impossible to fix,how huge damage was on my car. Only took 4 days for them to do repairs and my car was like new, when I got it back. Maaco Peabody Repair & Auto Painting perform great and quality work ,provide excellent customer service! Nick and his staff are great.Highly recommended!!!

Have been having Nick and his crew help with all my cars body work for several years,and, all I can say is: "they do excellent work, and give fine customer service." I highly recommend you call Nick anytime you need body work done on your car; you wont be disappointed.

I took my 2016 Toyota Corolla, and from beginning until the end the staff was very friendly and professional. I hope I dont get involved in a car accident but if i do for sure I will take my car back to them. My best to Nick (The Manager) and Eddy!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took them 6 days to repaint my bumper due to problems and mistakes, and in the process missed 5 scheduled appointments for me to pick up my car. First and last experience at Maaco.
