Auto mobile accidents appear to be the norm around Boston. With 50 years of experience driving in the area and dealing with insurance companies the system has come a long way. To the consumers benefit. After being rear ended on Rt 128, North Shore Auto Body was recommended to me by my mechanic. It was such a pleasure working with Dave, the owner operator of North Shore. He was very easy to talk to. He was patient with me. He explained how the system worked, helped me with a rental car and pick up. He gave me a date when he could start the work on my car and when he would finish it. And he kept his promises and managed my expectations. Based on my experience with him I would highly recommend his shop.

Being involved innocently in an accident while being on a trip from the South up to Canada is not much fun, especially when you are Germans on vacation. But with the help of David Buccheri everything went smooth, although we were not able to give him the job later. We would like to thank for a first estimate on our RV (which was exactly taken for a settlement) and the good hints when we had to stay in the area. You seldom can find a person like him .

Great experience overall. Professional and honest, two traits hard to come by in a body shop. I was told they couldnt look at my car right away when I smashed the front bumper and just needed my hood latch repaired, but when I picked it up the next day it was fixed up perfectly. If I ever mess up my car again Ill know where to go, and I will make an appointment beforehand.

My whole family uses D&J when ever we have any auto body work that needs to be done whether its an insurance claim or other work that needs to be done. They will give you an honest assessment. I priced some work I needed and got quotes three other places, D&J was the best quote and they didnt go over when the work was finished.

I brought my six-month old car here after someone slammed into it while it was parked. They gave a fair estimate and didnt go a penny over. My car looks brand new again! They are also a great help in dealing with rental cars and the insurance company. I would recommend North Shore to anyone!
