This place is a no go . I got " work " done . They gave me a list of things wrong then said it was done and complete . I drove less one mile only to have the same problem. Then this clown tells me to get it towed back at my expense and he will try again. Mind you i told him the check engine light was on. He said that its okay he would have someone check it out for me next day. Only good thing was he refunded me on the spot . He said he got a bad vibe about the truck. Why not explain that to me before the swipe of the card. Crooks stay away. Also quote was $220 higher than estimate. Lol these guys are jokes. Minus the clown suits and nose. Stay away . Wanted to give zero stars but u have to give atleast one to post.

This is in response to Aarons unfavorable review of my shop. This was his first time at Town Brook Service . He had been to multiple shops around town and only wanted us to do a minimal repair even though we had told him he had quite a few items wrong with his vehicle. He arrived here and started by telling us he had purchased his vehicle at a local dealership and that they were crooks. He didnt want to go back to them for repairs. We proceeded to do only what he asked us to ,when he was not happy with the outcome we refunded his money in full. We feel badly for the next shop who has to deal with this individual.

Customer service is excellent. My vehicle was repaired quickly and for a good price. I was pretty sure my left rear bearing had gone bad but the brake was still mostly functional. I was prepared to be raked over the coals. That never happened. I was given an honest assessment and repairs and parts kept to what was necessary. Town Brook svc helped keep our MA vacation great! Highly recommend them.

These people know what they are doing. The have fixed/maintained my cars for years. Always completed the work when promised and for reasonable, fair prices. I trust Town Brook to take care of my vehicles.
