Got an oil change yesterday. They did a courtesy check as well. Adjusted my air pressure in my tires. Later that night, Im driving home and I feel my car pulling to the right. Flat tire @ 11pm. Found no objects in the tire. Called AAA, state trooper secured scene, car towed12am, arriving at 1am. Took the tire to local shop for repair...valve was torn. Great. $29 oil change, 2 hour delay late at night on the highway and a $25 valve replacement. Ironically, the oil wasnt scheduled to be changed for another 1,000 miles but I figured change it early so I wouldnt have issues over the summer.

Good auto shop with respectful and knowledgeable mechanics. Went in for an oil change (only $30, which is less than most places charge these days), and also received the "Midas Courtesy Check." Expecting them to hardball me into more services I was pleasantly surprised at the candid explanation of problems that could be addressed or that may become a problem sometime soon. Will be returning for more work. On a side note: I cannot speak to their pricing on more in-depth auto work because I only had the oil change done.
