My car failed inspection because it had a "check engine" light lit on the dash. The light reflected a leak in the evacuation system, that recycles unburned hydrocarbons back into the engine. I had 60 days to get it fixed, and had to take it to a dealer because it involved testing parts that were dealer-only parts. I brought the car back to Rt. 134 Auto Care as soon as it came back from the dealer, about 3 days before the 60 days were up. The fellow behind the counter told me "Youll have to drive it around a while before I can retest it. Bring it back in on Friday, or around 11 on Saturday, and it should pass." I brought it back on Saturday at 11. They said "The good news is, it passed. The bad news is, youve exceeded the 60 days, and we have to charge you for the re-inspection." The owners son was there listening, and said "B***S***," but did nothing; I paid $30 for the re-inspection. And, I will never cross their doorstep again, ever, for any reason. Its true that if Id gotten the work done a month earlier this would not have come up, but I made it clear to them that I was trying to get back in before the 60 days expired, and they told me when that would be -- incorrectly, and did not admit the error. Nor did they have to charge me for the re-inspection; they could have waived it if they wanted. They obviously do not want my business, so they will not get it.

Brought both my Vehicles there for oil changes. They broke 5 bolts on the skid plate and left in the bed of the Truck--- "we couldnt get it back on". It cost me $95.00 to have it fixed-elswhere. The other Vehicle went in for an oil change and the bottom shroud under the Engine was put back on with out screws. The shroud blew off under the Car on Rt 6. Poor Mechanics working way too fast, they must pay attention to Detail and the Customer.

Since I moved to Dennis 12 years ago, Ive gone here for all repairs, oil changes, & inspections. My 13 year old cavalier was always taken good care of & the staff is always friendly & knows me by name. I finally got the I can recommend a good transmission guy, but we cant fix it nail in my chevys coffin. I continue to bring my new car here for regular service. Great guys.

I get my oil changed there regularly, and Ive never had any issues. Good service and pretty timely too. Incredibly convenient location right off the highway which is great for where I work. They let me know if they see any problems with my truck without pressuring me to have work done on it there, and I plan on continuing my business there.

Shouldnt even have given one star....no comment on the service...wouldnt wait...called about an oil change, they told me come right down...got there and was told it would be a 30-45 min wait just to get in....from the time I had hung up the phone until the time I got there was less than 10 min...hmmmm

He ALSO failed my inspection on a visual basis, it is RIDICULOUS!! I just bought this car from a dealership, as all dealers know . . . . you cannot sell a car that WILL NOT pass inspection, this guy is outta his head!!
