My Name is Luiz Netto. Im the MANAGER of FALMOUTH AUTO CENTER INC. and Im here to defend our selfs about those reviews. Im on falmouth area, serving the people with our best services on AUTO REPAIR business since 2003. Our shop now is locate on 614 East Falmouth Hwy next to the Rockys Gym . Can you imagine if every single happy client we have or had would post something over here for us, how big this page would be??? Right now we have 1,683 clients on our data. Unfortunately we had 2 of those not happy. Well, you do the math. But Ill defend myself on those 2 reviews . Mitch Ferraro was a costumer came to our shop asking for a transmission flush job on his 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. Can you imagine why he came to us asking for a flush service on his transmission?? Do you think he was trying to keep up to date the regular maintenance??? His transmission was slipping already and ready to die. We gave him a flush price of 96 dollars and some change (this is cheap). Also hes was told that procedure wouldnt fix his problem at all. The other case was something simmilar, his transmission was slipping when gets to the shop because he serviced his truck on other garagem and over there they put a hole on his transmission cooler. We just put another cooler and refill the transmission again but it was bad already.

I just had a great experience at Falmouth Auto Center. My car broke down Saturday afternoon on the way home to New Jersey from Wellfleet. Falmouth Auto Center was the only place open---I called and they said bring it in. The tow truck didnt drop the car off until about an hour before the shop closed, but Joe put the car up immediately and instantly identified the issue. Luis--the owner--ordered the parts and gave me a quote. On Monday the work was done hours before I expected it and the final price significantly lower than the quote. These guys didnt have a reason to take special care of me. I dont live in Falmouth and will probably never be a customer there again. But they took care of me anyway. Thanks guys!

Luis is very friendly and probably very knowledgeable, but he cut some corners while working on my truck. I had a hole in my transmission cooler and he replaced it with what he said was a comparable cooler. The line was a smaller diameter and busted on a 3 hour trip I was taking. Running with low transmission fluid has left my transmission in bad shape, lost overdrive and slipping in the other gears. He also didnt know to tighten transmission bands or how to properly check the transmission fluid in my vehicle. Perhaps he is good with other vehicles, but he knows little about 2nd generation Dodge Rams. He boasts a good reputation so I dont doubt he has happy customers.

I had my breaks and rotor repaired. The car did not feel right so when I took it back they said my Caliper was broken and it would cost a few hundred to fix. So I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with the calipers! Very disappointed.

Came in with Many repairs needed, and employees were always very kind and helpful, took the time to explain in detail what was wrong and what my options were. Until today my car still hasnt needed to go back!!

They Have been Fixing my car for 6 years and Ive never had a problem. Is the Cheapest place in Falmouth. The Workers are very family and its a family business. I definitely recommend going there.

Couldnt do a simple flat tire repair without causing 100 to 300 dollars additional damage to lugnut stud on wheel hub. Didnt offer to compensate for damages nor even wave tire repair cost.
