I had 1st apt. on Sat. 7/12/2014 and bought 2 needed new tires. all the years that I have bought tires these are the best that I have ever bought after driving and riding I noticed a huge difference in the overall driving and smoothness and cushioned feeling that the tires made me feel. VIP offered me a free alignment and knowing that my car was good and did not need one so I thought. The free alignment was also on the same day. VIP told me that the edge of the tire on a last notch- maybe not held in the steering wheel was like sitting there on the end of the alignment not finished being corrected. I checked with my car dealer and the last 2 accidents an alignment was not given me though the car insurance would have paid for it. So on Sat.8/2/2014 I came in for a state inspection sticker (really due in July); but because of a red air-bag light adjustment having been checked from the dealer in July I came in VIP in August. Not only was I pleased with VIP offering me a discount off my receipt /but also very very pleased with the alignment given me. The young tech. were most professional and driving since has made a huge difference. Financially I have been budgeted the last few times coming in VIP and tried hard not to complaint to them and say I was behind in bills. I thought by taking extra time and care of my car might get me more work hours/ but now I guess I am in a position to have to apply for a second job to make ends meet better. VIP techs are so professional that they take the important and personal time for thoughtfulness and kindness of customers. The VIP mgr. Nicolle Arsenault I can personally say goes above and beyond her professional job. The total kindness she gives to me directly is very appreciated in very friendly and professional way; that I just told her today Sat.8/16/2014 I wished she was my boss! that she is just awesome! I am more than pleased with VIP of Biddeford Maine ;they go above and beyond work to try to save the customer personal time gas and money. Thank you and have a nice day always! Tues 3/22/2016 I have had continual and excellent service from Peter, vip tech. Arthur vip welder/tech. and both Dan and David mgrs. !!! I have bought 4 brand new tires; had oil changes; anti-freeze coolant changed; transmission changed/ new air filter changed/powder-steering fluid changed and most recent 2/5/16 a new flex-pipe put on my 2004 Sonata Hyundai. I also bought tire-protection on all 4 tires in case I ever have a side-wall - that cannot be fixed/requiring a new tire-replacement. I am so very very pleased with my VIP/techs.!!! They are all so very kind, professional, and super-friendly!!! They have saved me a lot of money/ and precious -personal time I never seem to have enough of /in giving my car its full -maintainence needs. I go to VIP because I want to keep my 2004 Sonata longer; and I learned to work extra -time to get my car its necessary service needs. I have also been so very grateful for their professionalism in my repairs that I have recommended VIP Tires & Auto Repair Service in Biddeford Maine, and my mgrs. and techs. over and over and over. Peter a very special thank-you!!! You never get tired seeing my Sonata : thank-you so very much! I walk in frustrated/ and walk out with a BIG GRIN for such great service!!! Always, have a great day: you guys keep making mine and I do appreciate it very much! Sincerely, Dianne Haley

We own a Chevy Cruze LT and we were having problems with oil and coolant leaking onto the engine for a long time. We repeatedly took the vehicle to a local chevrolet dealership in Portland, ME. The service dept. repeatedly failed to repair/diagnose the aforementioned issues. We would smell oil and coolant odors that would come into the air vent within the vehicles cabin area and we have pulmonary issues that would be aggravated by these odors. The service dept. kept replacing things that did not need to be replaced while the vehicle was under warranty, then our extended warranty. When our warranty ran out, we had to pay for the same repeated repairs that were not the issue. We had enough of this mickey mouse games and brought the vehicle to VIP on March 31, 2017 due to reoccurring oil odors and no return calls from the service advisor @ the Portland, ME. chevrolet service dept. We explained the issues that we were having to the Dan, Mgr. Vip Service. He suggested that Eric Keller, Master Tech. and "newly" employed by VIP look at our vehicle. We met "Eric," and found him to be down to earth and quite honest. I watched him while he looked at the vehicle. "Eric" came and got me in the waiting area and took me to the garage bay where my vehicle was. He showed me the oil that was all over the cat. converter and stated that the vehicle did not pass inspection (as I requested that I needed a new inspection sticker) due to the oil being present on the exhaust in which was deemed a "fire" hazard. "Eric" stated that the vehicle needed a "new" PCV cover and he had noticed that the PCV hose was broken and had been taped up with black electrical tape. Due to my getting GM Customer service involved for this problem, for many yrs. that this issue began 2012/2013 and 2015, 2017, I was advised to have this repaired completed at a chevrolet service dept. "Eric did the diagnosis. I had the vehicle towed to a different chevrolet service dept. The repair was completed, although the broken PCV hose was not replaced and should have been, as I advised the service dept. The PCV hose had come detached from the PCV cover and our check engine light came on, when my boyfriend was taken me to the hospital. That was April 20, 2017. We stopped at VIP, Biddeford, ME. but the service area was closed. The parts person came out and taped the hose up to the PCV cover until we could get the vehicle back to the chevrolet service dept. April 21, 2017, a new PCV hose was installed by the chevrolet service dept. In closing, since bringing the vehicle to VIP, Biddeford, ME. AND "Eric Keller, Master Tech., we have not had any oil leaks from this vehicles engine. We would highly recommend VIP, Biddeford, ME. for all you auto service needs and a special "thank you" to "Eric Keller" for diagnosing the vehicle correctly after the nightmare that we luckily survived, literally and for his honesty. Thanks to all and thanks for your patiences throughout this ordeal. Our vehicle will never see another chevrolet service dept again. Sincerely, Beth Davis & Lawrence Hawkes (2012 Chevrolet Cruze Lt)

GO TO THE BIDDEFORD VIP!! This summer I had an appointment at the Saco VIP and the man who was helping was very rude to me and they had my car for over and hour without even touching it. I was very frustrated because I went to get something simple done and they did not seem like they could handle it! When I asked for my keys back because I wanted to take my care somewhere else they could not even find them for like ten minutes. They ended up being somewhere away from my paperwork and where the keys normally go... no wonder they did not touch my car.. they could not even find my keys! After leaving I called around to other VIPs and the manager, Dan in Biddeford was able to get my car right in and had my service done in less that 45 minutes and was very helpful with everything and was more apologetic about what had happened in Saco than the man who helped me in Saco. I would recommend if you need a service go to the Biddeford VIP which is only ten minutes away from the Saco VIP! So worth the little bit of an extra drive! Dan did a great job!!
