It was a busy day. There waa only one window open. Staff member Nina M. Was a delight to watch. She was very funny, warm, and polite to the 2 customers before me. She even share a story of her fmaily member being placed on the US intrepid for 4 year. She also mentioned that she ask said family member to go to NY to revisit, and that family member always says no! When it was my turn, I said good afternoon and I was ignored. I ask a couple of questions and got a cold, one word answer, with an attitude. Thanks but no thanks. I will never visit this post office again!

I want to understand the staff there but I can tell it comes from the head. Saw the supervisor recently and she is just as rude as the staff working there. Gave them two stars because of the advice one of the women gave me, but it is usually an unpleasant experience. I get it. Post offices are busy! But lighten up a little.

horrible service! They never know anything! Have lost 2 of my pkgs and never give the follow up they promise to give. Super upset! I would never go back if it wasnt that I depend on their service to get my mail.

Fairly rude staff depending on who you get. They took a bad passport picture which forced me to send another picture and pay for postage twice.
