They literally gave my package away to someone else. I had a package delivered to my P.O. Box and thought I was able to go pick it up, to only to find out they gave it to someone else. I went in person and then I was told over the phone by the manager. This is the second incident this week. Monday, they said they could find the package. End up calling the manager a hour later....then out of now where they find my package

The post man left my mail on my lawn chair on the front porch, not in my mail box. Then when I called to report the issue the phone rang for 3 minutes and hung up. I called back it rang for another 3 minutes just for a rude employee to say "I dont know, I dont know. Call back in 15 minutes" then she hung up in my face.
