Terrible Service!! I went in to turn in and pay for processing my sons passport application and the necessary documents to get the passport expedited. Turns out that the last application to be processed is always at 3:15pm. First off, thats stupid! they close until five, so they should keep accepting applications of this kind until I dont know maybe 4:15pm. Second, they have some boring ass people working their, They sound like they hate their job!! Its not my problem if they hate their job, they are there to make the customer happy and I only go there to get my stuff sent out to where it needs to go. Earlier this day I called up to ask about prices for my childs passport and expedite service, and the lady who answered me (by the name of Dawn or Dawna) was rude about it. I had said to renew a passport and she rudely told me that I cant renew a minors passport. If she would have said it nicely I would have been happier. Then I told well the brown application that I filled out and then she said in a rude way "right, that application is not to renew its to order a new passport" I said okay well my question is what are the prices for the passport and expedite service. I mean she could have told me everything she told me in a nicer way, I buy the passport every five years she cant expect me to be up to date with this information after every five years. Everything changes. Yet I get to the stinking post office and the guy who took me said and looking at me like if I were stupid and said that he couldt process the application at the time that I got their. Ill let you know that I called this post office multiple times for questions and concerns that I had, but they never told me "listen if your going to come by anytime this week Mon-Fri, you will need to come before 3:15pm because thats when we take the last application" nobody said that and I didnt see it anywhere on a sign or paper or something at the post office. So they just expect me to know???? Worst service ever! Make a change of employees and update your information and train the employees better. This post office needs it!! The only nice lady (which I dont know the name of sadly) answered every one of my questions in such a nice way. She has long brown hair and she wheres glasses. Thats really all I can describe about her, but, anyways, she is really nice and she never gets arrogant or bored about anything. She knows her stuff!!

I came here with my friend to get her passport documents in. On Saturdays you need an appointment for passport applications so we showed up to our appointment 15 minutes early and were served as soon as we made it to the counter. The woman who helped us, I believe her name was Sadie, was very knowledgeable about the process and handled my friends situation (name and gender marker change) seamlessly. My friend, who had tried to submit her application at a few other post offices before, said that she thought Sadie was the most knowledgeable of the post office workers she had dealt with before.

I had a horrible experience at that Post Office at about a month and a half ago. One of the ladies that work there mistreated me at the point that after being extremely rude and arrogant with me, she called the police on me. I mean, I was not aggressive, I was just asking her some questions and I believe she was having a bad day. On top of that, when she was asked on the phone about my physical features, she just answered..."she is Brazilian"... Talk about discrimination!!!

I like this location. Tough to park. As in almost impossible to park! Also very tight squeeze inside there. But the staff were always nice to me every time Ive gone in.
