This place and its employees are incompetent and unprofessional people. It pains me to to have to talk about people in this manner. But, I have had too many unpleasant encounters with the employees in this place, specifically the deliverymen. I recently had an item that was misplaced and I never received it due to the incompetence of the deliverymen and who ever is in charge of this place. I requested for them not to leave my packages inside the screen doors of the people who live on the first floor, if Im not home and the package isnt small enough to fit inside my mailbox then the instructions were to leave a slip so that I could pick up the package at the postal office at my convenience as my living situation isnt one where I trust that my neighbors will look out for my packages and return them to me if it was given to the wrong address. Everyone does not have cool neighbors and its totally irresponsible for the postal office and the deliverymen to think otherwise. Its been totally frustrating that they would continue to put me in a compromising situation like that. Which is why I never received my package and I found it to be totally careless on there part. Like , they really had the position of could care less because its not their package, but yet as a taxpayer I am ensuing you to provide me with a certain level of service and professionalism. Plus, I work hard for my money and I dont have money to just throw down the drain on lost packages. The manager did reach out to me and said that she would send letters to the neighbors asking them if they saw the package to return it. But that was three weeks ago and at this point Ive had to call it a lost. It is literally like the blind leading the blind when it comes to this place because they dont follow instructions as Ive requested and they do what they want to do and they leave my packages anywhere but inside my mailbox. I just hate having to deal with this place because theres no where to park when you have to visit there, and there are often lines outside the door and you will have to wait awhile to be serviced.

This has got to be the worse postal service on the planet. I have sent letters, I have complained in person, I have written on my mail box my one and only address. Yet today when I checked my mail, I find that I have my mail and THREE of my neighbors mail. Two other address for this street and one other address for a totally different street. This has been going on for over two years. I have had to pay late fees, I had to pay for an additional car license (because the Roslindale Post Office left it someplace else) I had to pay for my car title twice for the same reason. I have had it but there seems nothing else I can do. Figure it out and flipping JACKALS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Does not even deserve one star. Total chaos. Tracked package just completely lost and they dont even care. Total incompetence and inability to be helpful. People can be heard throwing around boxes around behind the wall, loud music playing and people swearing. People wandering around looking for lost packages because they have no systems or organization in place. Pathetic incompetence.

The employees are nice, but the area is not convenient at all. This place is better option for commuters. Parking is horrible and now there is an apartment building right across the street constructed, so I can only imagine how much of a pain it will be to just pop into the post office for less than 5 minutes. Ill be going to the other post office close to work.

i seem to be getting my neighbors mail more than mine there was a time when we had a regular mail man years ago that was great some days i get no mail at all then double the amount the next day theres got to be a better way to hire and train people to do a job properly

I have had several great experiences at this post office! There are times when volume is high & my trip takes longer than expected, but that happens everywhere. The employees are kind and always very helpful!
