This is the worst USPS office around the area. Really bad experience with the staff. They should stop hiring old grumpy ladies. Especially the one with long white hair. They really do have bad attitude if you ask them for anything. I always use USPS and i ship a lot of stuff but this is one of the most horrible services I ever had. AVOID if you have a lot of stuff to ship and shipping priority they act really stupid.

Never pick up the phone leaves packages in a hallway and put them as delivered in mail box had a package stolen that was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old son and i cant get any help and not many good workers in the post office but i love my mailman hes awesome just wasnt working when all this happened ,thats why it happened to me if it was my normal mailman he never would of left anyones packages in the hallway

At times the staff can be helpful and friendly, but there are definitely some grumpy people in there as well. Just dont take anything personally; I wouldnt want to work there either. They do a perfectly fine job of getting your mail sent and delivered. I certainly wouldnt recommend avoiding this office all together. If its the closest USPS place to go into, Go.

Generally I dont have terrible experiences at the post office but the employees here are horrible and rude. I would rather drive three miles in rush hour traffic to the brookline post office than endure the nasy attitudes here.

It depends on the mail man but most of the delivery guys but one or two left my packages in the hallway I only prefer one post man that does his job and that is Dave I love Dave he does his job and his sister too

Im posting this to offset the "Worst USPS service ever". Ive always found the Charlestown post office staff to be friendly and helpful. It is a pretty small post office so it get slow at busy times...

Very friendly and efficient like most other USPS offices. The better thing about this place is that it is sharing a very huge mall parking space, so you can very quickly park and ship.

i got a horrible experience at here. One of employee was very rude and acted as racist. if you are not an american, I recommand we should go other place. That is your choice.
