After several poor service issues at the Dedham Post Office, I have decided to write up a review. Today, at 8:28 am, I called the Post Office to request that a Certified Letter be redelivered to me today because it required my signature. A gentleman by the name of VAL answered the phone - was extremely hurried and rude and told me he couldnt assist me until he got the mail carriers out. I explained to him that I only needed to give him the Certified # and my address and my letter could go out with my mail carrier. He got more aggitated and continued to tell me he did not have time to take my information. I asked to speak with the Post Master and he told me that he was the Post Master and misrepresented himself. This just continues to emphasize why we try to use FedEx and UPS. In the future, I am going to request that my Lawyer use either other service so that my legal documents can get delivered to me in a timely fashion. I am taking this time to ask that anyone with poor service from the Dedham Post Office please document their experience. THank you

This is my closest post office and of course Saturday is a busy day. I have never come here and had the staff be hustling. The line is always 10 people plus. And what I just witnessed 30 minutes before closing is one of the two tellers walking away to smoke. Seriously?!! There are 10 people in line and you take a smoke break?! Thirty minutes before you close?! The customer service here is awful! Too bad

If you dont have to go there do not go. The service is terrible and disrespectful to the customers. I just stood there 30 minutes because one of the tellers just decided to leave without any explanation. The other Teller was so stressed that she did so many mistakes and the line was piling up. This is not my first bad experience in the post office. The teller that left behaved like this before.

I have lived in Dedham for over 60 years...I am lucky enough to have the Dedham P.O. they are personal and very helpful to our family thru those years...especially the last 10 years with our temp c.o.a. which can be tricky...the Post Master, Greg Euestis always takes the time to answer any questions that I might have.

I constantly receive ripped mail (flyers and magazines). I stopped at post office several times to bring my concern to USPS Supervisor but it did not help. I am very disappointed with mail delivery in Dedham!
