Horrible customer service my boyfriend and I were planning on expediting our much needed passports and they were not trying to help us at all. They began to belittle us and talk down to us as if we were children and didnt know what we were doing. We had all of our forms printed out and filled out with our birth certificates with legal authorization forms etc. the woman was very uncooperative and had no sense of customer service at all. We decided to go somewhere else and her exact words were "you wasted your money today but thats on you guys" because we decided to use an expediting agency instead which yes it did cost more but that is none of her business how much we spend, she is in no position to tell us what we can and cannot afford. Needless to say the agency we went to for our passports helped us tremendously without this postal offices services. WILL NEVER RETURN UNLESS THE OLD WOMAN WITH WHITE ROOTS AND BLACK ENDS ON HER HAIR IS RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Horrible customer sevice. If youre miserable at your job then you need to friggin quit! I swear one of these days Im going to record how verbally abussive they are to the customers and send it to corporate. The only lady that is pleasant to deal with is the Jamacian lady. The others always look like they cant stand their existance any longer.

Horrible customer service, they are so rude and if you ask for help, they are not clear with explanation, and if you ask twice to make sure you are not using a wrong package, they are disgusting. They started gossiping in front of me that "I explained them 20 times, they dont understand."
