Booked appt online for an oil change and had the same experience at Sears the online booking doesnt match what the shop has for availability. It puts the shops in a bind as they dont have control over whats booked when, and they sometimes dont get proper notification of bookings(pls keep that in mind when reviewing). That said Randy who checked me in was great he greeted me as soon as i walked in even though he was with another customer to let me know someone would be right with me as soon as possible. When he was checking me in he confirmed the price of the oil change as well as the time it would take. He said not more than 45 mins. I took a walk around and it was done in about 20 mins. He was dealing with a disgruntled customer(over $3 dollars) and told me my work was all set but it would just be a few more mins before he could check me out. Everyone had a great attitude and communication was great all around. I would not hesitate to go back here for service. Good people, good service, good communication...cant ask for much more!

My volkswagon was towed there a few days ago for a serious overheating problem and even though they couldnt fix it(volkswagons are a pain to work on) they did everything they could to try and fix the problem, including replacing several parts. They were very honest and upfront about the cost and the fact that they just could not get to the problem. After having the car for several days without a solution, they decided they were only going to charge me for the original part they replaced and the tow. With my pep boys rewards card I got $20 off the $40 tow and the part was about $50. After taxes I only spent about $73 for 4 days worth of labor and several parts. Even though they couldnt fix this particular problem, I will certainly go back there in the future. I wish all shops were as honest and fair as them.

Went there in April to have my oil changed my van has been leaking oil ever since go back to have oil changed and to find out why it was leaking oil since it has never leaked before my last oil change so they take a look say my oil pan is rotting out which makes no sense but i thank them and go to leave and I notice my van is now making ehaust noise which it wasnt making this morning before I brought it in for an oil change so now not only am I leaking oil but i need a new ehaust,!!!!!!!! so I suggest never going here unless you want your vehicle broken every time you need something fixed!!! This was at the Raynham Ma location on rt 44 never go here they break your car and blame you

Pep boys customer service is really terrible! I went there for a warranty replacement on a product, they said they couldnt do anything without a receipt and they cant use your name or phone number which is BS because they ask for a phone number when you buy the item! I was being polite the whole time and the guy was being sarcastic and rude and Really terrible customer service never going back again! I would choose AUTOZONE they have really good service and prices are cheap too!

Bought tires from Randy through Pep Boys Raynham and set up an appointment to have them done at 1pm on a Saturday. Was early for the appointment, gave the keys and went next door(jockey club) for lunch while the tires were to be done. Came back 1.5 hrs later, and the car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. Tires werent done being put on until 4pm. Wont get my business again.

Very reasonable mechanic work done.i would say the most reasonable place for front end alignment,and parts are reasonable.my only complaint is when this place first opened it offered the lowest prices anywhere.after the years go by and they are stable the prices are not the lowest, considering the parts come in from over seas.

Came in to replace a tire. It would cost $160. I had already agreed to replacing the tire, but when they got it on the lift they saw they could do a simple $12 repair. That is great service. More importantly it makes me trust these guys.
