IMMACULATE! I joined for tanning- stayed for the gym! Yes I joined a gym strictly to tan unlimited $20/month (24hrs 5 days/wk plus and in addition to the $40 annual fee I was immediately told about up front by Alex. My expectations were blown out of the water- I instantly felt comfortable and Im absolutely impressed! IM ACTUALLY GOING TO WORK OUT PEOPLE! Alex at the front desk was top notch professional, extremely friendly and informative. As was the young lady I briefly spoke with, I believe her name was Nicole or Lauren. This review is strictly based on me judging the appearance of the non judgment zone, staff and my first impression only. I will add that Im a polite, friendly, positive human. Also keep in mind it was 2am and the only equipment I used was a state of the art huge tanning bed and the ladies facilities. This was my first time walking into a planet fitness ever. I had not been a member of a public gym in almost two decades because gyms were the only place to overwhelm me. Im stoked to know that, that was the last time Ill hear myself say that sentence because its no longer my experience. I cant wait to start working out here! I saw 2-3 members at 2am on a Monday. I can not get over how clean it is! It looks and even still smells new. Its super spacious, showers, lockers, tanning bed, both, some type of hydro massage bed I believe. I tanned for 12 mins, soaked up that vitamin D and Im feeling very grateful to have access to this little gem and its friendly staff.

Its okay. Lots of people show up to "work out" but tend to linger around machines and equipment making it difficult for people who are actually working out. The staff tends to like to clean as the gym swings up into its busiest hour. They lift treadmills up and mop under them and leave them up for an excessively long time, for reasons unknown as people come in to work out and almost get smashed by falling treadmills. The staff also gets annoyed when someone tries to put down a treadmill that is up for no reason and it falls. Overall, the gym is poorly managed and is only at its best between midnight and 4am when no one is there. If you have to go to one any other time go to Salem or Medford, youll get a better experience. Also, I suggest if you have black card to sign up at Medford or Salem as your base gym.

Okay fitness club since is new and is kept clean, except for those miserable - bitter kids at the front desk. The few times I have been to that club all those attendants at the front desk have a very nasty attitude that I dont know why the hell they are working there then!? Makes you not want to come back! The previous review about the nasty attitude is true. One thing I would like for this club to change is the position of the treadmills. I believe that against the back wall to the bathrooms would be better, facing the entrance. To the manager: Please get rid of those obnoxious kids you have working there. I am not the only one noticing the bad attitude of these attendants.

Youve been warned. While this gym may be nice by Revere standards it is easier to leave the military than it is to leave this gym contract. They dont let you cancel over the phone or via email. They will make you go to the post office to get a certified/registered letter and mail it to them or drive down and cancel in person. Very bad customer service and extremely inconvenient. Obviously this is a business tactic to delay your cancellation while they collect more fees and dues.

I was there today Ive been going there for 4 years and I have never had a problem until today. So one of the Employees working in the 30 minute workout told me to leave in such a rude way. He was an African American man. Pretty jacked up and atleast 5ft8 or 5ft9. He was like "BOSS MAN! Are you here for the class or are you just going to sit there??" I get it, he has a class going, but he could have said. "Can you please use one of the other machines because we need these."

My husband and I have been going to planet fitness for a long while. We have noticed some positive changes around. We want personally congratulate and thank to Joseph (manager) who is kind, professional and takes care of everyone with a great attitude. Also Christopher and Anthony for their always friendly personality and the way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This location is lucky to have these 3 employees. Great place always clean.

The place is clean and nice but the workers are rude specially a lady named Karla, I joined online and didnt get a card or tshirt, I went and asked for a shirt, she gave me an attitude and said she couldnt give it to me because it wasnt her who helped me join. I explained to her that I had joined online and she kept on giving me attitude. At the end I didnt get and tshirt and Im giving a bad review not because of the place but because of this employee.

Good location and the gym its pretty clean,except for this poor attitude kid or personal trainer!Third time I have seen him being rude with customers and I got so embarrassed for this man that was literally kicked out from the gym.Before start training people I think he needs to train him self with education at first place. I hope manager talk with employees about how to treat customers. Thumbs down for this scene!

The fact that people working there cant monitor and control the temperature of the gym is very uncomfortable given the body warms up to sweat the unwanted toxins and fat out but thanks to the low temperatures of the gym, you would end up working out longer transforming into longer time to loose weight which means to pay them more and more till you actually get results.....same goes for if you are building muscles.

One of the greatest Gym in the area. Its substantially clean and well kept. Staff as related to the youth in the service department are awesome. Highly professional and energetic through out most portioned of shifts. Transferred to PF Revere secondary to the Superb youth in service department. Would highly recommend anyone looking out for a Gym to join PF in Revere.

I did the $20.00 day pass. This gym was full of treadmills lacks equipment. Dead weight area is a joke. I was stuck for a gym or would have turned around and walked out. Preacher curl machine needs to be reupholstered, has tears in it...really NOTHING positive to say about it. Glad i dont live where i have to belong to that gym.

Ive never been treated so badly by a personal trainer in Revere such as today. Ive been bringing my friends and Ive been accused of training them. I was publicly humiliated by him and am seriously considering going to another gym. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who wants to bring a gym buddy.

I just noticed a review about the kids at the front desk. I dont find them to be bitter at all. In fact I was impressed by how polite they all were. I have always been greeted with a smile. As a small business owner I was also impressed that they are usually busy doi g something.
