Theyre not bad plumbers if you need a drain cleared. However, last year they installed a Carlin gas gun on my oil burner. After a few months my boiler was locking up repeatedly. They said the boiler was dirty and charged me $400 to clean it. The second time they said it was *still* dirty ("a little piece of rust must have fallen") and charged me again to clean it again. The third time they shrugged their shoulders and said they told me this could happen. I promise you, if someone had said: you could spend over $6k and still not have a working heating system, I would remember. So after they bailed on me I called Carlin directly and they sent a technician who diagnosed the installation problems. Oh, and Carlin didnt charge for the visit (thank you Carlin!) The main problem is their incredibly poor customer service, from admin to the technicians and owner. Had they worked with me, or returned my call, they would have kept a customer and learned how to do their job properly. Dont even get me started on what happens when you call with a billing issue!

We have had Hoadley Plumbing address all of our plumbing and HVAC needs for the past 15 or so years. Each and every experience has been positive and dealt with professionally. When we put an addition on our house our contractor subbed with another plumber. Unfortunately he did a hugely substandard job that resulted in a number of back ups of sewage into our house. Hoadley came in and remediated the plumbing from our house to the septic and we havent had a problem since. Thank you!!!

Company gave me an estimate to replace hot water heater and charged me more than what they said it would be. Also they never pulled a permit to replace the hot water heater. I spoke with my town hall and they said it was a requirement to have a permit to perform the work.
