I am not the one to usually write bad reviews but we went to Firestone in Seekonk, MA today after I noticed a nail in my back tire. We told them the situation and asked them if the tire could be plugged and they said it was not able to be fixed and the tire would have to be replaced. Thankfully, I had a full sized spare and asked them to replace it with the spare. After a 2 hour wait and the service was completed, on our way home I noticed that they replaced the front tire with a spare and not the back when the front tire had nothing wrong with it (our tires are 1 year old). When I looked to see if the nail was still in the back tire, indeed it was there. So they did not fix the problem, there was absolutely nothing wrong with our front tire. Later that day, went to another service station they stated that the tire could be plugged and the nail did not even completely penetrate the tire. POOR JUDGEMENT AND SERVICE ON FIRESTONE, I do not recommend anyone go there due to their negligence.

I brought in a tire to be repaired that had a screw in the tread. Tire was repairable and it was already off the vehicle. Tire was given a plug and then put on the vehicle. Mechanic over tightened the lock lug nut and broke the wheel bolt and locking key. Mechanic brought it to my attention and said "sorry, you will be able to drive fine". Mechanic broke the lock lug nut key which unlocks the other 3-tire/wheels, I will need a new locks, new wheel bolt and labor. I was charged for patching my tire and offered a free oil change. Why would I trust bringing my vehicle there again, can not give a reason. A very disappointed customer who had a simple issue and now it will cost me for repairing those damages. Good business model..

I had 6,000 on tires when both fronts suffered damage covered under the road damage warranty I purchased. I was in northern Michigan, 3 hrs, from an authorized service center. I called the seekonk store where I purchased them and worked with the store manager to resolve the situation. I did have to complain to customer care hotline in order to get the district manager to work on a resolution. But the seekonk store manager was great and looked out for me. I do recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Id just bought a used vehicle, and found a bubble forming on one tire and a slow leak in another. Brought it in for four new tires (winter is coming!). The guys caught that the tie rods in front were totally shot and needed to be repaired. Got the car back to the dealer within the thirty day warranty period and got it fixed for free, instead of having it go until it was a huge problem and repair bill. Thanks, guys!
