I believe the owner of Broadway Tire still works there, and is very passionate about helping people and explaining technical differences in tire composition, competitors, and getting you the tires you can afford and match your need. Our Toyota Camry needed new tires. they were all worn down, rumbling, etc. I remembered that my wife had brought the car to Town Fair Tire about 18 months prior. When going over the tires with the Broadway Tire representative (it might have been the owner) - he knew right off by looking at the tires that they were purchased from TFT and guessed such. He brought me into the showroom and explained the differences in detail, cited newpaper articles etc. I know part of the "presentation" was sales to get new business, but everything he said sounded factual and downright made sense. He asked me "ask me what kind of tires I have on MY car". I ended up buying a middle of the price point tire that he said "good choice - youll get 3-4 years of normal wear from these, at a cost almost the same to the last tires you bought which only lasted 18 months. And he was RIGHT. That was almost 4 years ago, and I am soon to return for new tires again. I am very satisfied and will shop there again for all of my vehicles!

Well, when I was tire shopping for snow tires, I had called a few places and they just wanted to sell me the most expensive tire and not even bother showing me my options. Now I know from the other reviews on here that the owner can come across being rude at times and raises his voice sometimes, but he is trying to help you not get ripped off at other places like town fair tire, pep boys, etc. He wants to get you the best tire for your vehicle at the best price. Now I have my snow tires on and theyre great. Ive had them for two years and theyre still like new. They do free storage for your tires, and the changeover back to your original tires is also free. Ive heard people go into broadway, while I was waiting for my service to be done, ask for a Goodyear tire, or Michelin, which can be expensive. Now what kind of tire consultant would he be if he didnt offer you just as good of a tire at a better price, like Hankook for example.

I was a loyal customer until I called for a quote on tires and an alignment and then when I called back to say to thank you but I was going to keep shopping, I got an earful, yelling, etc. very rude, and Ive never been treated like that in my life. I wont go back. Not even for a free flat repair with my other warranty-covered tires. That was unacceptable. Gary needs to take some anger management classes and some etiquette classes on how to treat customers. Hes lost my business, and Ill make sure he looses my entire familys business over this immature behavior. You may have the best product at the best price, but you cant bully people into choosing your shop! Period.

I was driving on a do-nut for a week and a half before I finally went to replace it with a used tire. I called several places that were going to charge me $50 for a USED tire and I fortunately found Broadway Tire before I made my decision.. I am so glad that I did!! I asked for a used tire and Gary helped me out, not only did they sell me brand new Bridgestone tires for my driver and passenger front but they mounted and balanced for less than $105 per tire! And I is an SUV! The service was incredible and you cant beat the warranty. I highly recommend Broadway Tire Inc. and I will be a long time customer. Thanks again guys!

Theyre reasonably priced, and its one of those places that wants your business and will work hard to keep it. Friendly staff. Free wifi in their lounge area. I didnt know much about tires, but Gary did quite a bit of research to help me find the ideal tires and gave me a little tire education, too. Free tire rotation on the tires they install, and they patch it for free if you have a flat, which is apparently a big deal. They even gave me a free tire gauge without asking. I was very pleased with the service when I bought the tire, and Ive been back several times - always incredibly helpful. I wont go anywhere else.

I called Broadway to get a quote for a set of specific tires I wanted. In my case, Ive done my research. I told them the specific tire I wanted. The first thing the guy wants to do is tell me that I dont NEED that tire. I was pretty clear that I wanted a SPECIFIC tire. Sales 101, dont tell the customer what they need or dont need until you have a clue as to why they want it. The guy didnt take 5 seconds to ask WHY I wanted that specific tire. Needless to say, the conversation ended quickly after that.

Dale is great and the reason ive been coming here for well over 10 years. Broadway has done over 20 tire changes or flat repairs for me and the VERY few issues ive had were always taken care of immediately as soon as Dale stepped in. The previous owner Gary was always trying to sell, even tires in sizes not even offered by the manufature and wrong on most advise given but Dale always impressed me with his professionalism and ability to help. Im glad Dale stayed thoughout ownership changes.

After waiting for two hours on a slow day to get my headlight bulbs replace I was told that it was going to be $110, after the clerk saw my reaction he lowered it to $77, probably seeing as Im a college student. I appreciated that, although I think charging $60+ for labor on a light bulb is ridiculous especially when they didnt take my car for the first hour I was there. Wont be coming back, will instead go where I dont feel ripped off of my time and money.

I went to this place few time. The customer service was super friendly, the price was fare and the service was fast. I had stopped at another garage before this one and experienced a bad customer service, so I let Broadway tires do my car work cause of that. They prefer appointments for some things, but that is fair...they seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles. But I always shop around for good prices, great customer service & experience.

I discovered Broadway Tire two years ago when Hurd Auto Mall said my tire could not be repaired and wanted to charge me $300.00 for a new one. Being the skeptical person that I am, I sought a second opinion. Broadway fixed my tire for $15.00 and its still running fine on the car today! Why do I drive from East Greenwich to Pawtucket for tire and auto service you ask? Because they are HONEST. If you dont shop here youll just pay too much.

I brought my benz there for an oil change They left the cap loose and oil was spilling all over the engine brought it back they clean everything cool , but now i just did another oil change and now my cas has a weird sound underneath the engine dont know what to do But bringing it back as soon as i can for them to check that out and probably never bring it back over again i rather paid the $50 dollar extra for a good oil change
