My family and I have been going to Better Automotive for about 6 yrs. now. This is not your run-of-the-mill mechanic. The people know you by name and are very friendly. I have never felt I was being scammed or told to do something with my car that didnt need to be done. Work is always done well the first time. They have even made a house call for us once! I have recommended them many times and have had many phone calls back from the vehicle owner thanking me for recommending them. Seriously cant say enough about them! We have moved from Attleboro to East Providence and make the trip to have our cars serviced at Better Automotive!

After reading the unrealistic review about the oil change needs to take a look at the total business then evaluate the price. Geting in an out in shport order in good. Of the shops that Ive been in, this place is clean, honest, and simply fair. Its been a few years since Ive gone because the new cars were under warranty but tomorrow I start back with a excellent staff. If you dont like the price, go to Speedie and really get see what poor service is all about or even better change it yourself, thats always a blast in the winter. Highly recommended!!

Ive always wanted to find a mechanic I could call my own. Being female, I always felt like I as being taken at the car repair shop. I never trusted any mechanics--until I found Better Automotive. They take the time to explain all repairs and the breakdown in costs. I dont feel like Im being scammed or up-charged. Their rates are great, as is their turnaround time. I highly recommended this business.

Better bring your money! Expensive, 36 dollars an oil change! Not to mention the guys just try to rush your car out of there! I do not recommend going here!
