Thieves, liars, I had my nissan sentra sent over there for a muffler. which they did fine. when I went back for my brakes, they said I had to have my control arm redone by last mechanic, (idont know whether last mechanic actually fixed it) Then they proceeded to pretend to fix my brakes. I drove away and they were still grinding. brought them back. they told me the brakes were "bent" by the last mechanic who "fixed" the control arm, and there was nothing they could do. I was told I needed to buy a new car. Iwas prob. charged a total of $1000 for work on a 1996 nissan sentra. I could have bought another similar car for about that price. Talk about taking advantage of a woman who doesnt know cars! Dont ever go here for service unless you feel like paying good money for a pretend brake job.

My wifes car stalled out the other day. I checked google and read good reviews about Meineke. I called and they were friendly over the phone. I headed down the street and came across midas which I mistakenly thought was meineke. I walked in and immediately was greeted with an additude. I dealt with his attitude and had him scoff at the fact that we waited a month before bringing it in. I decided to take my keys back because of the poor customer service skills and went down the street to Meineke. They were exceptional at Meineke. Good customer service, fair price and most importantly, respect. I cannot recommend or discourage Midas based on their work, but going on the way they treat their customers, I would suggest you go a mile down the street to Meineke.

Brought my own parts and asked for good faith estimate on just Labor to instal rotor and break pads on each wheel, John quoted me for $125. When I picked it up the bill was $250. I challenged them on doubling the good faith estimate and John claimed to have quoted me per axel . The manager got involved and got very hostile claiming he was going to take the break pads off if I did lent pay double the good faith estimate. They have been very helpful in the past and Ive brought my car there multiple times but due to this treatments I will never go back . I will report my experience to corporate and the Better Business Bureau

Top Notch Service and Work! This shop is great, I rely on them from everything to simple oil changes to major engine work and everything inbetween. The customer service has always been excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable. They will truly take the time to diagnose your car, and keep you informed every step of the way. Unlike other shops who want to sell you everything under the sun, they tell you only what you truly NEED to get your car back up and running in top shape! Go to this Midas, they are AWESOME!

Contrary to the name Midas - which is a national chain specializing in mufflers - this shop can handle most any repair on your vehicle. Honest and fair they also deliver the car when promised. Chris who is the manager is very nice to deal with and many times he works as a mechanic himself. Highly recommended!!!

The people here are awesome. I went there for oil change. They did complete auto care and told me my car was in great shape no issues without asking and didnt pay for it. I spent few minutes waiting for my car. This is my second time in a row of sending my car there. Their price is within budget.
