The Mechanics at Advanced Auto Sales & Repair saved my Subaru!! I made the mistake of buying my 05 Outback from someone else. 6 months after purchasing my Outback the head gasket blew. When the dealer I purchased it from would not help me one bit I was lucky enough to find George and Alex at Advanced. They were the only shop willing to diagnose my issues without a fee. Having to pinch every penny possible I made many calls to get other quotes for the work unnecessarily as no one was near Advanced. George gave me a 6 month warranty on the work they did so when an engine light came on 5 months and 25 days after getting the job done I went running back. Once again George and Alex could not have been more helpful. They said they’d take the car and figure things out while I was away for the weekend with my family and they would be in touch to let me know what if anything needed to be done. I’ll admit I was nervous as the person I bought the car from lied to me and I’ve had bad experiences dealing with car issues in the past. I got back from my vacation to find out that the light that came on was indicating a cylinder misfire that went away after the gentlemen at Advanced changed out a sparkplug for me free of charge…. And anyone that has a Subaru with the 2.5 L engine like mine knows it’s not as easy as it sounds to replace a spark plug!! Long story short Advanced Auto Sales and Repair saved me. George, Alex and their mechanics are amazing. I hope to have my Subaru for a few more years but I will be buying my next vehicle from these gentlemen.

I bought a car from here and was told everything was replaced and new and it runs excelent, I was pleased it had low miles and George assured me if there was any kind of problem it would be taken care of. I purchased this car in february and have had to fix it EVERY month since then, from the transmission, alternator, battery, hoses, radiator, hazard lights, the door handle. The car wont even pass inspection, and I dont even feel safe driving my small baby in it. I recieved no compassion from George about the problems w. my car, and he acted like he was doing me some big favor by fixing this piece of sh**. I invested all my money I had into that car and now Im left with nothing. SO dissapointed, I hate to think people would take advantage of a young woman with a small child, I really cant believe these people. I gave up going back to them to fix it because they had the nerve to over charge me everytime. Its very sad this is how they make thier money off of taking advantage of people. **Dont WASTE your money**

I had very good experience of purchasing an used car from them. I was newly moving to east coast with no many friends could help me out. Garret was very nice to pick me up from my apartment. And they are also very professional. They dont just want to make money out of you, but they provide a good service. And you know you dont need to worry if something not good happen to your car, which is usually the concern for buying used car. although i postponed some of my schedules because of the delay process at the document (registration). But they did give me my car within 5 days including Saturday and Sunday which means it only takes them 2 business days to get the things done. So far I am very happy of what i got based on how much I paid. You know you are taken care of by them.

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius here. Love the car, had a good buying experience. Come to find out the tire pressure sensor is broken. Okay, I am a little annoyed but its only $150 bucks. Then I get a flat tire. Not only do I have the wrong spare tire in my car, I dont have the lug nuts for it. So I am screwed and instead of an easy do it yourself tire replacement, I am out $700 bucks for a tow, new tire, and new lug nuts. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM HERE!!!!! MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU EVERYTHING!!! Do not know what happened to the spare tire and lug nuts that were supposed to be in my car but I did not receive them. Will not be doing business with these people again.

Bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla here recently. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, but they were very pleasant and made the experience extremely easy. Car is in great shape; it looks, feels, and runs like a brand new car. They had it priced extremely well - more competitive than similar cars at other locations. When inquiring about it, Advanced Auto provided a CarFax in a timely manner. They also allowed me to take it on a long test drive and to have it checked out by a mechanic offsite, not things I experienced at all places I looked at for a car. If I were in need of another car, they would be at the top of the list for places to check out.

My wife and I are very pleased with the two brothers who run this shop. We have been bringing our cars to them for a couple of years now to get our oil changed and like my wife told the guy sitting next to her at honey dew the price is as advertised... there are no hidden " environmental " fees. I like the fact that when you bring your car in for an oil change they dont come back with a made up laundry list of repairs that you need to do right away... like some other places do.

They helped with paperwork. There were some minor electrical issues after we bought the car, but they were really helpful and fixed them free of cost. Very happy with them.
