worst place ever, i had a torn belt on cam 2004 and was litterally stock on 140 at 5pm, had no choice but to get to the closest open place, looked up on the phone this place was couple of miles away, bought my own belt on my way there, at some small little auto parts store on 140, near 109, took me an hour to drive 3 miles, hoping not to overheat the engine. finally i got there, as usual, he started by saying they need to take a look at everything and so on so forth, he knew i had choice, kept my car in bay for hour and a half "changing" a belt, which should have taken no more than 20 minutes, charged me almost $100 for labor only, even though right over the counter it said $36/hr or something like that, so if you are in a tough spot, bend over and take it from this dbag, otherwise avoid at all cost...

Disappointing Oil change. I used an coupon deal to have my oil changed and all my fluids topped off. The service at the location was good, and they have an excellent waiting area. However, they didnt top off my windshield washer fluid (it was still empty) and one other fluid was only partially filled. The worst part was that my car leaked oil after the oil change and I lost a full quart of oil in an 80 mile trip. They didnt tighten the oil filter all the way. Im giving them a 1/3 review because I think just one employee did a poor job this time and I had good service with them once before.

These guys have no idea what they are talking about. In addition, they use scare tactics to sell services and take advantage of the misinformed. After being told we had to replace all our tires because they were unsafe to drive on any further and that all four had to be replaced, we went and checked with the dealer (Nissan) that disagreed. Do not trust these guys, get your car serviced elsewhere - unless of course you want to spend extra money on unnecessary repairs....

They did not have the right size socket for my slightly swollen lug nut, employee did not know how to drive a standard so I had to pull it up the hill. The women parked my car in the middle of the lot because it is loud and scared her. Finally had to go back a few days later because of a leaky valve stem that was brand new.

Told me they couldnt put the oil in my car because it wasnt what the manufacture recommended. I showed them that I had been there before and they had done as I asked. Told me they had no record of it and couldnt do it. Went down the street to Midas who had no trouble with my request. Suggest you do the same.

They didnt tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires. Was all the way in RI with my family. Had to pay a tow truck $100 to bring it back to Franklin. Had to pick up another car and go all the way back to RI to pick up the rest of my family because the tow truck would only take 2 people. Very upset.

Generally they have been very helpful and honest in their recommendations, however the only hand tightened the lug nuts on one wheel. I luckily was able to identify this and tighten them in aparking lot. If the improve their safety check before vehicles leave i would give them a higher rating.

Ive had a fair share of car troubles over the past three years, and this is the only place that explained all of my options to me and did not try to have me pay for more than I should. I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else. Very hard working and honest bunch.

Cant say enough about the guys at this location. Needed a tire replaced on a Sunday. They were open, and willing to help right away. Sat in the waiting room and watched the Patriots win. They were very fair and got me out of a bind. Great service

Mechanics with basic understanding of parts and tools. Charged my girlfriend 360 dolars to replace 2 front brakes on a 4 year old car.... either they scammed her or took over 4 hours to replace rotors and pads. Idiots or scum.

We took our vehicle in because of a flat tire, and were presented with multiple repair options. We were then ridiculed by the staff when we did not choose the most expensive option. We would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service. Our tire hadnt gotten there yet, and the manager on duty offered us his personal vehicle. We didnt accept, but that was pretty cool. We made it back to North Carolina safely, thanks to this place.
