Completely unreliable and unprofessional! I called to try to set an appointment and they told me to just come in, then I get there and am told the mechanic is on lunch and unavailable for 30 mins. When I advised this is why I called earlier, I am told in a rude tone “everyone has to take lunch” and that they do not take lunch at any set time. As I was leaving there were three guys all eating outside, really all mechanics take lunch at the same time but no set time for lunch just whenever they want? Unreliable and unprofessional, I will never go back and waste my time there again.

Riggio does really great work, theyre terrific at diagnostics, and they stand behind their work. Theyd benefit from a better waiting room experience (assuming they want to cater to the while-you-wait trade) and there IS a Starbucks a 4 minute walk from the station). And they could improve by calling occasionally to advise progress on a repair, or to provide some idea when itll be finished. But overall I cant say enough about what a great job these guys do. Really top-notch in every respect.

Not even worth one star. Asked to have my inspection done. When they noticed I didnt have my front plate (I moved from Georgia where we dont need front plates), the guy threw his hands up in the air and said, "Nah, Im not gonna do it. Im not gonna lose my license cuz you dont have a front plate." Instead of nicely explaining why he wouldnt do it, he was a complete jerk. Theyve lost a customer.

Riggio Auto has a Strong Technical Aptitude, all the Up-to-Date Technology needed to diagnose and repair and most importantly that Old School Customer Service that instantly alleviates any and all anxiety you get when there is something wrong with you car. I can never say enough about this company. Best place in town. I love the fact that they also help with the senior citizens in town too. They will work on the seniors car and the owner will drive them home and pick them back up after there is done. They always go above and beyond!

They did what they said they would, for the price quoted, and finished when they said they would, and no short cuts on quality. Nothing is inexpensive but a lot of stuff is cheap. With cars, find someone you can trust not change the oil in your headlights and stick with them.
