It is very hard to find a mechanic/tire store/service station, where one can trust that the work needs to be done and will be done at a fair price and in a reasonable amount of time. This Sullivan Tire gets high marks from me on all of these criteria. Jane, Casey, Eric, and Patrick are truly customer centric. Although the Sudbury location is part of the Sullivan Tire chain, I think it is worth the extra drive to have work done by these professionals. They will take the time to understand your needs (safety/essential work versus nice-to-be done maintenance) and are sensitive to customers budgets. I have had as many as 4 family vehicles maintained (when the kids were home) and often had to juggle cars back and forth to Sullivan. Even my Canadian Acura (many parts different) was not a problem for them to repair and keep up. For short repairs, the waiting room has coffee and wi-fi (sometimes donuts on Sat :-) Suggestion - if you have more than an oil change or tire repair, it is best to leave the car for the day- It always takes longer than expected and make an appointment in advance If you are coming in for the first time, tell them you saw my review and I said HI!!!!

What a wonderful place! Unfortunately, when I bought my 2008 Ford Edge at Automax, I wasnt the most informed shopper. Im a young woman who just graduated from college and I know very little about cars but I had to buy one on my own. Automax sold me a car with AWFUL tires, even though they told me they were absolutely fine. When I went to Sullivan (on a recommendation), they took me in and explained to me the situation, and were SO helpful! Jane is absolutely amazing and kept me well informed throughout my tire shopping experience. They made sure that they put safe and reliable tires on my car and even ran inspection for me. The price was fair and Jane even gave me a ride back and forth from work. I am absolutely going back to Sullivan in Sudbury for the rest of the time I have this car (and that Jane is there!). They truly treat you like a member of the family!

Tried to put tires on my car that they had taken off before winter. They told me the tires were not safe, even though they were the ones who had given me them to store over winter. When buying new tires they did not give me price options and every fact I got was like pulling teeth. I almost bought my current tires again, but a friend asked about their best tires for my car. It turns out those tires were on sale and cost the same amount! I will never return here for their services. I live in Sudbury and like putting money back into the community, but it was truly a terrible experience.

paid 40 $ for an inspection and told them the sound I was hearing and about a bump when I was driving. they told me it was a bent rim witch they hammered back and that my blower motor was broken sooo 400 something bucks and a day later the sound is back . I took it back to them they checked it again and this time they found a leak in my muffler and my wheel bearing was shot ....so what did they inspect the first time around ? another 400 bucks down and they told me they gave me a deal 40 $ off thanks guys this place was always good but now I just dont think ill be going back

I have been to this store twice already. They have always taken my car even if I came 20 minutes before closing. The manager who works at a front desk is extremely knowledgeable about tires and all other car issues. He can help you learn and understand much more about your car. He has even recommended repair shops to me for non-tire related issues I was having. He provides excellent customer service and I am glad to write this review for him. I recommend this place to everyone and I will certainly remain their customer for as long as I am around.

I went to Sullivan Tire becuase I saw a deal on their website for buy 3 get 1 free on a specific tire. But when I got there they wouldnt honor the deal that was on their website. So I went home, printed it out and went back. They STILL wouldnt honor the deal. Then I went on their website and sent a comment about it. Less than 10 minutes later I was contacted by Corporate and the situation was resolved. So as far as this goes. The location wasnt helpful, but the corporate level was extremely helpful. Resulting in an ok experience for me.

Patrick is such a nice guy. Had my snows put on today. Afterwards I heard a rubbing and assumed it was a bad install. I came back to complain. Patrick apologized and put the car on the lift. What he found was the bottom cover of my car had come loose and thats what was making the noise not the tires. He reattached the cover. Embarrassed I apologized profusely.I asked what I owed him. Patrick said nothing at alll. And have a great day!

Good. I have never actually purchased anything from them. A couple times they have fixed a couple tires for me, no charge. The tires were fine after that. They never seemed like they were trying to sell me anything. Im sure if I need to actually buy service or a tire someday, I would feel 100% safe about buying from them.

Most incredibly kind staff Ive ever exerienced in this industry! We had a flat on a road trip the night before Thanksgiving and they stayed open late to get us back on the road! Even gave my cranky boys hot chocolate and crayons! They went way above and beyond!!! Thank you Patrick!!! Happy holidays!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Always reasonably priced and explain everything they did and why. Convenient for me as I work nearby but would definitely recommend to anyone. Have been happy with all of my service performed there, new tires, new belts, brake fluid flush and AC refrigerant re-charge.

They do nice work and are friendly, but do a lot of upselling and their prices are on the high side. ($20 for a bulb replacement.) If convenience and courtesy are your highest priorities this is a fine garage. If price matters more, you can do better elsewhere.
