Most Satisfied.. My family and friends have been taking there cars to Rays for the last 14 years. Hes the best mechanic around and very busy. You will usually have to make an appointment for repairs. He has an amazing ability to remember people and what past problems their vehicles had. He is the most honest mechanic Ive ever met. Thats why everyone I know goes there. He doesnt tell you that you need all this stuff replaced, when you dont. He quickly finds out what you need and talks to you about it before doing it. Ive even stopped by there without appointments to have him take a quick look at my vehicle. Sometimes hed fix things without even charging. Knowing this place very well, it sounds like this previous review was written by a competitor.

I have been going to Ray for years! He used to be right next to my house in Pelham, but I still go out of my way to bring my car down to Dracut to be worked on. His prices are always very reasonable, he is very honest about the work that needs to be done. He has fixed my car for less than 1/2 of what a competitor wanted to charge me, and he has flat out told me I didnt need things that another garage was trying to push me into doing to my car. I read the below review by someone caliming Ray thinks woman are dumb, but that is the farthest thing from the truth! I am a single woman and Ray has never ever done wrong by me. I would definitely continue to go to Rays!

Excellent service, fair prices. Brought my car to another shop, they said it needed a $140 part before they could change the oil, I brought it here for a second opinion. Yes there was a plate on the bottom of the car that needed to be replaced, but had that Don and a LOF for under $100 (8-2017). I am very satisfied with the service I received, an am going to bring both my vehicles here for any maintenance. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. Easy to get to from Rt 38.

Ive been to so many different mechanics and have never been satisfied. Yesterday was my first time at Rays, I arrived there at 4:15 and had my vehicle back before 5 with the job done! I was so surprised and even more pleased that the job was finally done. Ray saved myself a huge headache with any other shop. I highly recommend Rays Autos and will continue to go to these guys. I was given the runnaround by this guy. I guess if youre a woman going in without a man to back you, you get taken advantage of. I took my car in for minor work it needed and asked for a quote. They must think women are really dumb, I left and took it another mechanic and they shook their heads in disbelief at how unjust Rays Auto had been. Shame on them!!

Hands down the best mechanic Ive been to. Extremely fair prices, reasonable turnaround on repairs and very honest and upfront with what needs to be done. Ive been to mechanics that fix five different problems before solving the original issue. Ray tells you right away whats wrong, no guess work, and fixes it the first time.

definately getting too comfortable had me wait all week to drop my car off ..finally did, I called to check on it got told I "call too much".... Wasnt trying to replace something brand new which could easily be replaced used got told he was all set on working on my car so nothing got done after waiting a week thank bud

Never disappointed with having my car serviced at Rays. My whole family has been going to his shop for years and were always treated like were his best customers. He and his staff provide quick and fast repairs, often at a much lower price than anyone else. I highly recommend him to everyone I talk to.

Ive been going to Rays for a few years now and have always been more than satisfied with work done to my truck. He is always gets right on the job and gives a more than fair quote before any work is even done. I suggest Rays to anyone I know looking for a mechanic.
