Recently, my truck broke down and I called Bill Luther. He came out with his ramp truck almost immediately. Drove me home and then went back to his shop. Although he was ready to close, he told me he would take a look to see if he needed to order parts. 10 minutes later he pulled into my driveway with my truck. He had diagnosed the problem, and done a quick fix, so I could keep driving the truck until the part came in. When I returned him to his shop I offered to pay, but he refused. I tried again to pay for the tow at least. Again, he refused. I have been a customer of his for several years. I trust him for his knowledge, integrity and great service. I also trust Carlisle Auto Body at the same location for collision repairs.

Ive been bringing my car to Carlisle Automotive Repair since 2009. Ive had them perform regular maintenance, 100,000 mile maintenance, alternator replacement, oil changes, and investigation of bizarre noises (I thought it was the shocks, they quickly found it was the heat shield) Every time Ive brought my car there, they have been prompt, professional, and friendly. Theyve taken my car by appointment and when I was in a pickle. They provide in-depth explanation of what they found, what needed to be fixed, the options I had, the costs involved, and what they recommend. One thing to note is that they typically are open only on weekdays and close by 5pm which can be an issue for some.

Have used Carlisle Automotive repair for several years - both for body repairs covered by other parties insurance as well as minor body repairs not covered by insurance (door dings and other cosmetic fixes). Several general automotive repairs as well (BMW, SAAB). from electrical to cooling system to exhaust. Never an issue, always completed when promised.
