We have got nothing but great service from towne line. When I came in in the middle of a snowstorm when I realized that my tires were bald and I was sliding everywhere, Bill drove all over to find me some new tires when there werent any available from their usual suppliers. Jimmy was great about being perfectly honest about what we really needed to fix on our aging car since we told him didnt want to put too much money into it and planned to replace it soon - he even told us when he though it was time to get rid of it, when any other mechanic would have just taken our money. Great crew.

I moved to the are 13 years ago and was so lucky to find this local mechanic. Its tough when you dont know anyone in the area to know who to trust. Bill and Jim are so honest and always take care of me and have taken care of multiple friends of mine over the years. Its great to see local small businesses like this that put the customer first. I dont come in as often now that I have a new car under warranty with most maintenance included .... but anytime something isnt covered by the dealer I always call them first and usually save quite a bit in the process. - Kevin

Needed a set of new tires on the hurry and called around and nearby town. No one could do it until the next day since its already late in the afternoon, but Bill jumped through the hoops to get the tires from the distributor the same day, with the most competitive price! I couldnt make it to his shop until right before closing and I would understand if he turned me away, but no. Bill and his technician expeditiously mount the new tires and got me back on the road in less than half an hour. Thank you, Bill and your associate with the awesome service!

My experience was the best Ive had with anything to do with cars. Bill and team were absolutely wonderful. Prices were way more than reasonable. They told me what I needed and what I didnt need. I have been going to these guys for years they work with you their prices are fair and they do not give you the run around. They will warn you of problems and tell you what needs to be fixed now, and what should be fixed soon, but they do not try to sell unnecessary repairs They do an excellent job keeping your budget in mind when they do there work.

I feel that taking care of a car problem is similar to getting a toothache. You dont know how extensive/expensive it will be until the professional looks at it. Bill and Jimmy of Towne Line are professionals that I trust to tell me just what needs to be done and charge a fair price for it.

Ive been taking our cars to Towne Line since we moved to Lowell a few years ago. Weve had nothing but good experiences with everything from oil changes to major service. Prices are good, and turnaround time is as quoted or faster. Plus, Bill and Jimmy are nice guys.
