Well,I have to say Im not feeling good about the Service. My tires are to be torqued to 150 lbs.and rechecked after 70 miles. My tires were installed with Air Gun and I have not taken it on the highway yet to see how or if they were balanced. They did chk.my TPS. and reset one so light went out in dash. There was no torque wrench used by technician. I hope it turns out okay but I felt as though the Big Tire Franchise may have been a better option. I wanted to keep my money in Local Business thats why I went there to start with. Im going to take a ride highway to see if the balancing was done.I will post to FB. my conclusion after the drive and the if I need to go back to register a complaint.

I called to make an appointment for an alignment. I dropped it off about 10:30 am the guy at the front desk said "Ill have it done before the end of the day" which they state they close at 5 but when you call its 4:45. I called them at 4:25 and thats when they told me it needed upper and Lower ball joints.So # 1 they tie up your vehicle all day long so cant get anything done for an "alignment" #2 they dont even have the common decency to call you explaining whats going on with your vehicle, you have to call them. #3 they do not want your business. They claim to always be busy but whenever I go by there I see every bay open and employees smoking outside constantly.
