We had an incredibly wonderful experience here this week. Im wary of these kinds of places so I had my guard up. Indeed, while mounting our snow tires they noticed a problem that I, at first, suspected was bogus--a lower front ball joint. The repair required new parts so it was going to take longer than we had time for. While I wont go into the details of the story, the bottom line--and the most wonderful part is that the manager, Charlie, loaned us his personal vehicle so we could keep our vital appointment! Besides, the manager had one of his technicians drive to North Providence to get the part instead of having it delivered to their shop. We thought that was amazing--waaay above the call of duty--something we hadnt seen since our days in Kansas. They earned our loyalty I tell ya!

Ive taken my car here for almost a year now and nearly every time they gave it back to me they broke something.. wether it was not putting back my trunk liner correctly when trying to fix the plate light (was missing clips and screws that were there before). They also broke the plastic piece that holds the supporting rod into the hood.. also I made appointments almost EVERYTIME and I showed up on time and I would still wait an hour before they worked on it even though I made an appointment. After spending more than $2,500 there I still get treated poorly. Sorry but I wont be coming here anymore after my bad experiences. This place needs some re-adjusting asap.

I can not thank Chic& Christina for taking care of me & going above and beyond for me. I had a terrible experience with the dealer & didnt know where else to turn. Thankfully, my family recommended Firestone. I brought my car in around 530 on a Tuesday & it was relatively busy. I need four new tires &I was out of there within an hour. I ended up coming back the next day to have other work done. Christina has calmed me down from the train wreck that happened with the dealer & simply made everything much easier. I wish more people were like her. Thank you again!

I cant say enough about chick and his staff . He has gone above and beyond.. i highly recommend, very clean , professional, honest and truly sincere.. i am very satified, he keep me informed step by step, he offered his professional opinion and is fantastic.. i cant thank you enough for all you time and effort.. much respect, you really came through on this very tedious time consuming and troublesome job. lisa, good man good staff..

My family has been taking our car here for years. This is the only place we trust with regard to service/repairs. Chic is always great to work with and like other reviewers said he runs a tight ship. Cant say enough good things about this location. Made the mistake of going to the one at the Warwick mall one time out of convenience and immediately regretted that. Not all firestones r the same.

I usually have great service here but I recently had a brake line emergency I left my car for a 12pm appointment and didnt get a call back so 4 hours later I called then was given the run around as to when it would be done. I wouldnt go here when the manager isnt working because the service is terrible!

easy to see why they have close to a 5-star rating. great, honest service in every aspect of what they do. will definitely be using them again for any maintenance needs and would highly recommend them to all of my friends or someone in need of a fantastic service shop

This is the only firestone that I go to for anything my car needs. The staff is very professional,friendly and most importantly honest about what is happening with your vehicle. Very easy to get to from the highway.

I brought my vehicle to them for a strut issue and was told that the worse case scenario would be several hundred dollars. When I picked up the car I was told that it was one hundred dollars above that!
