I honestly wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. Completely dissatisfied with their service. 1.) Incredibly rude and gruff customer service. I understand this isnt a nursery school, but if they were any more curt, I honestly wouldnt be surprised if they were in construction. 2.) DID NOT finish the job. I brought my car in after being side-swipped, causing the side of my car a great deal of damage. After having my car for over two weeks, they called me to pick it up and there was still damage. I went back in to complain and Bruce said, "I forgot to tell you, I had to order a part. Itll be here sometime". He then complained that I shouldnt drive the make of car that I do and that "no one can service it" which isnt true since my regular mechanic has no problem with. 3.) Just a complete terrible experience. Please, there are other auto bodies in the area that can offer better, faster, and far more polite service. DO NOT USE Sterling Auto Body.

I have brought a couple of my vehicles here and they have done a fantastic job each time. Twice Bruce has refused to use aftermarket ill fitting parts to fix my BMW and my RAM making sure a quality job went out the door. Bruce also had my back with both the insurance company and the rental company! I would recommend your shop to anyone.

Bruce is the funniest, most knowledgeable person Ive met in awhile. He wants what is best for his clients and does just that. A great place to take your car out truck if you have body damage. They dont have a website so I dont know what else they do.
