Lets just say after giving them almost 3 weeks to repair what they thought looked just like a "fender bender" I am extremely disappointed with the job they did. The only thing that I could say they did right was painting the hood and they do have great customer service, other then that the bumper was not hooked properly leaving them sticking out on the sides. Even after pointing them out my mother was sent home with my car and a "thats all we could do" excuse. So I took it back the following day for them to just force and screw the sides into place. We are currently in the process of them having to remove and replace the bumper correctly. I wish I could agree with the other reviews and say at least my car returned looking shiny and new but that was not the case, my car looked a lot cleaner before than what it did when I received it after the repairs. Overall Im just disappointed. Edit: As a followup, I just wanted to say once again that Franchi Brothers has great customer service and after the third attempt I was finally satisfied with my bumper issue. They were kind enough to give me a gas gift card for all the troubles. However, I just wish they had done it right the first time.

I have a rear end collision a couple of days ago, and my rear bumper is broken and hanging, as well as my trunk is broken. My insurance company gave me a list of auto bodies and suggested me to choose Franchi Bros, I trust them so I selected Franchi Bros (Actually it is my first accident in US so I really have no idea where to go). Honestly, it is a very good auto body with nice people and nice service, and I received my almost brand new car in 9 days. It is perfectly fixed and cleaned. I cannot find any clue that there is an accident on it, with an exception that there is a white ink on my wheel (I tried to clean it with paper but I failed, I guess I need something stronger. However, that ink is acceptable and will not influence my rating). Anyway, even though I have not tried any other auto body (and I wish I will not), I believe Franchi Bros is really good and suggest you guys to choose it. By the way, there is a hummingbird painting on the wall of the office. I really love it!!

I took my Acura in to get some body work done here because the Acura dealership recommended them. Not only did it cost over a lot of money, but they did not even do a good job. It was a bad fender bender where they had to realign the frame, replace the trunk and the quarter panels. The trunk lid is not placed on correctly, the interior had grease stains on the upholstery, scratches on the back of the vehicle that were caused by them. The person who runs this place is a self centered moron who always thinks that she is right. Her name is Karen. I showed her before and after pics and tried to work everything out, but she was not easy to work with. I will not be doing business with this shop again and hope they get better management soon. This is my first bad review ever and I was very disappointed.

When my car was returned to me it reeked of paint (on the interior), the mirror they replaced looks like a fun-house mirror, my belongings had been strewn on the floor in some instances and thrown in the backseat in other instances, there were wrappers in the car from Dunkin Donuts that were NOT from me or any of my passengers. Considering it took nearly two weeks for the repairs, I have to imagine they are either very popular or (as my experience has led me to believe) extraordinarily incompetent. I came here on my insurance agencys guarantee that the repairs would be expedited and that they could guarantee the quality of the work. I have only had one auto insurance agency, I have always loved working with them. I am very likely changing my insurance agency after this.

Last year in October i had a collision and had no idea where to take my car. So after asking around i got word of Frachi so i did my research and it was looking good. I reached out to them and less than 24 hours i got a response. I took my car in and it was a pleasant feeling right off the back. They were so kind. That repair took longer than expected and they kept me posted at all time. The wait was worth and the car looked amazing! Now here i am 8 months later i have another collision and i came back. They treated me like family. They were just as amazing this time if not better to me and my car. They will always work with you and help in any way they can. They work hard and deserve my 5 stars. Im sure glad I checked the Acura owners and the other autobody customers review on their experience at Franchi Brothers before choosing to take my car there. You would think integrity, professionalism, a great class of competency and business etiquette would feature highly if not be a hallmark of an establishment in the upmarket business district that most of Shrewsbury Street is. On the other hand, felt encouraged and peace with choosing Kilcoyne Auto Body after seeing their happy [and grateful] customers reviews. Cheers everybody!

I had a wonderful experience with this shop! The secretary was very friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person. One of the Franchi brothers came out to discuss the work that needed to be done to my car. They made it a point to ensure I was getting the best parts and services for my money. The services rendered were quick and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for autobody work. Very small business with apparent good relationships among long-standing customers.

I had an excellent experience at Franchi Brothers. My new-to-me car of just 2 or so weeks was rear-ended. The moment the person who hit me brought them the money in full, it was just a couple of days before my shiny new bumper was on and installed! It looks lovely. Their customer service cant be beat. Rose and Nnick are super sweet and were in touch with me by email and phone every step of the way. Highly recommend!

The timing of my repairs, availability of rental cars, and their work with the insurance companies are what made a difference in my experience. Fanchi Brothers was easy to deal with, pleasant, provided a nice rental while my car was being fixed, and made my car look like new.
