2000 Audi A4 - I had a problem with the heating. These are my observations - 1. They will make you wait. Never deliver on time. Said one day, took three days. It was hell without a car. 2. They will get money in some form. They said that my radiator is leaking and they cannot let the car out without replacing it. Cost me $600. 3. My heat was bad, and I knew it was the coolant flush problem, but they wanted to replace the heater core. Luckily I insisted that I wont go for that option, so they ended up improving the heat by flushing. 4. They are always understaffed, so they will never look at the car right away, even if its a small, urgent fix. I dont think they understand how modern businesses work. You have to be nice to customers, not overcharge them, bring in some loyalty and show them some respect and attention. I went to Subarus Car store, after someone told me that they are open 7 days and also look at other cars. There I can simply drive into their service bay. No appointments, and the guys are so nice and professional. Its how car service centers should be. While NMS is run like a mom-n-pop shop. Nothing wrong with that, just that they could have at least done their work perfectly and followed it up proactively.

Ive used this shop twice to have my Audi A6 repaired and both times was very satisfied with the quality of work. They were very flexible/good about giving me a ride to and from Tuck (i.e., Dartmouth/Hanover). However, there aren’t a lot of repair shops for BMWs or Audis in the upper valley. Thus while the cost of parts was reasonable you will pay a premium for labor relative to more populous parts of the country/state. Note that they aren’t very prompt in calling you with an estimate for what needs to be repaired so if you’re in a hurry to get your car back you should call them and ask for an update. P.S. The map is wrong; the shop is located on route 5 before it goes under I91.

These guys were really nice. However, we did not have a good experience with Northern Motorsport...they seemed to charge a lot for one superfluous repair (a wee little light that had a loose connection), and they struck out trying to repair our defroster (but still charged us).

Michael and his men are all the best at what they do. They have saved me roughly 4.75 tons of headaches and countless hours of time. I trust them with my vehicles and would certainly recommend a friend see them first or for a second opinion. Thank you Northern Motorsports!

Mechanics are great! Kinda pricey for what you get. Many places a mile down the road that give better quality and good service for less money. Younger guy in the front office needs a class on business. Just doesnt get customer service.

I have now had a rather long experience with these guys. I do not have tons of money to rehabilitate my A4, so I care about price as well as quality. They seem very good on the quality side and in line on the price side given the quality.
