I have been dealing with 290 Auto Body for a few years and have always had a great experience. But nothing will beat what Justin and 290 did for me today, I have a 2015 Honda Accord EX-l have had the vehicle just under a year now. Two weeks after getting the new car the computer in the car went. Honda fixed it and now three weeks ago I got home from work went to bed woke up in the morning to find the inside of my car burned. Somehow during the night something cought on fire inside the car. So I called Honda and my insurance and of course Justin at 290. He told me to have it towed to Honda maybe there was some type of recall with this make and model so I did. Honda got the vehicle and said there were no recalls that the fire was due to my aftermarket speakers and amp in my truck. So when my insurance went to look at the car they said it wasnt covered due to the box and amp in my truck thats what caused the fire. Then Honda said they had no clue and didnt look at the car so I was told to have the care diagnosed and find out what really happen. This is where 290 and there execllent service comes in Justin got my vehicle towed to his shop and Im panicking thinking I have to pay out of pocket for something I didnt do or cause due to insurance not coving it. So 290 went to work and took about under two weeks to figure out the fire was a friction fire and had no thing to do with my system. So now today 5/4/16 I got a call from my insurance saying my car is covered and considered a total loss. So I would like to say a huge thank you to Justin and his 290 crew for there work on making this possible. So for anything needed some no matter how big or small 290 is the place to go. Thank you. I had an extremely stressful ordeal with safety insurance company. Their insurer side swiped my Infiniti G35 from behind, pretty cut and dry, and safety insurance took full responsibility. The problem was getting safety insurance to pay for all of the damages and my car rental. Jonathan Scott was assigned to my case and in 45 days I spoke to him twice. He informed me that he did not need to follow up with the auto body shop because he goes by the report given to him by a 3rd party appraisal company. This 3rd party appraiser caused 3 weeks of delays and a massive headache for me. I had to get my insurance company involved in calling safety insurance and leaving messages to both Jonathan Scott and his supervisor Lisa Roy, who did not return any phone calls. I had a breakthrough when I initiated a 3 way call between Justin Forkuo the owner of 290 Auto Body Inc & Jonathan Scott of safety insurance. Justin had to give a full accurate account of dates & times of all the requests that were made to the appraiser whom safety insurance hired. I received a message from Jonathan Scott the next day approving the entire payment of both the damages & car rental charges after verifying the information that was given him by Justin. The appraiser was caught in his lies about 290 auto causing the delays. I want to thank Justin Forkuo and all the staff at 290 Auto Body Inc for their patience, expertise and guidance in this stressing ordeal. Justin Forkuo knows is business & knows how to put a stop to these thieving and conniving insurance companies, who thrive off of ignorance of insurance laws and inexperience.

Justin and his team at 290 Auto were AMAZING. I had the luxury of being involved in a single vehicle accident on a major route this past winter thanks to conditions one morning and destroyed the rear of my car. When it all happened, being someone I was already familiar with and their work on mutual friends, I immediately called Justin. Although it was a Sunday it didnt matter. He was ready and willing to discuss what I needed to do to get started. Id never been in an accident before so I was very unfamiliar with the process. Justin and his team made every effort to make sure that I had all the information I needed to go to my insurance company like a pro. I was even able to win my surcharge dispute in court with ease. No premium increases for this gal! Now come time for repairs they took the responsibility of working with my Ins Co. to get estimates, negotiate replacements, repairs and get the final payment. I didnt have to do anything! What I loved most is that they were honest and upfront. Never sugar coating the details. Always providing worst case scenarios yet delivering BEST case results. I had my car back faster than I could have ever anticipated and you wouldve never know that it had any damage to it. They even took time to freshen her up. I felt like I was picking her up from the dealership for the 1st time all over again. Im so GRATEFUL to 290 Auto Body for easing my anxiety and turning my nightmare into a fairytale! first of all we should be real lucky to have a shop of this calliber in worcester mass justin jeff and his staff all are top notch i had my custom audi quattro vandalized and i was in tears but after talkin with justin i knew i was in good hands he explained everythink to me from front to end the process that would bring back my audi to new condition i was in good care and my audi was also safe at 290 auto body because justin locks the vehicles up at night also a safety feature good to no if any one has any worries my paint was beyond repair dents cracks u name it so justin had stripped my car took out all dents and dings from the vandaization of my audi did his magic proper rust condtioners proper everything and also a few extras that im very thankful for because justin takes pride in his work he applied the silky silkkens paint then 8 coats clear then wet sanded this german hottie to flawless showroom finish what i also enjoy is that justin and jeff who justins right hand man also was courteous to me because i am picky bastard but they understand that people love there cars and jeff always bend over backwards for me i thank justin jeff and staff for all there hard work on my vehicle there should only be one place in your rolodex and that is 290 custom autobody where they really car and they treat u like family not a number thank u ive been 290 auto bodysized thanks very much CHRISTOS G PANTOS!!!!!!!!!!!

290 Auto Body did an absolutely amazing job on my 2009 Nissan Maxima!!! I was in a pretty bad accident after purchasing the car only a few months prior, and was so nervous on where to bring it. I wanted it to be exactly like it was when I bought it, that I almost wanted to get rid of it all together. I brought another truck of mine there a few years ago for repairs, that I was extemely happy with, I decided to try them again. Needless to say I am so happy I made that decision!! I was in tears when I left my car there, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease that my car would be brand new again in no time. Surely enough it was!! I was in shock when I picked up my car a few weeks later, it really did look and drive better then it ever had since I bought it!! I was so happy I asked them to do some routine maintence I needed done, and I was also having problems with my sunroof that they fixed at no cost! Saved me a ton of money over going to the dealership to have them look at it. I will never bring my car anywhere else but 290 Auto Body!! Justin and his team went above and beyond for me, I honestly cant thank them enough!!!
