Pushy sales person experience and silence after purchase. I researched what car I wanted for months. They happened to have such a car. I hadnt bought a car this new ever in my life, I havent had a car payment for over 10 years, and I was nervous. I told them this minus that I was nervous. I bought this car, because it was what I wanted, it was in great shape, and it was a fair price. What I did not appreciate was the way I was treated in the process. I spent the time to think about it and every day, twice a day the sales man called me. When I did picked up the phone, he talked my ear off for over an hour repeating the same information over and over again. That I wont find a deal this good for over 100 miles. Its still under warranty. Yeah, I knew that! I needed a little something to push me over the edge. New windshield wipers, free oil changes, something! I bought the car finally to be done with the process before I got busy again and couldnt deal with it. But I didnt feel good about it. In addition, they said they would order a car manual for me, because it didnt have one. Its been several months, and Ive called twice. No ones returned my call and still no manual. This is the most expensive car Ive ever bought. Even thought its not the most expensive car theyve ever sold, I should be treated the same. Now I take it to another dealer for service who gives free oil changes to every one who buys a car there (no matter how much you spend), and even washes your car each time you get it serviced. Now thats appreciating your customer and keeping the relationship going even AFTER you buy the car. Team Nissan North does not understand how to treat customers from start to finish.

Salesman had little to no knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. They didnt even know that it had been Certified Preowned until I told them. Paperwork was sloppy, I caught a handful of mistakes when closing with the finance manager. Was told that they would handle getting the registration taken care of, but when I went to pick up the tags at the town clerk they looked at me cross eyed. Shame on me for not knowing they cant do that in this state, but it would have been nice for them to tell the truth and not lie to my face multiple times about it. The only thing they managed to do was file the application for title with the state, which would have been easier for me to do at my town clerk office. Honestly the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. If it wasnt for the fact that they had a rare vehicle that I couldnt find anywhere else I wouldve walked out. I wont be giving them my business in the future

Hello, I would like to leave a review for the Team Nissan North dealership. First, I dont leave reviews very often but if I feel I received good service from a business, I usually do. I believe that others have a right to know. I brought my 2012 Altima in for the manufacturers 30K mile service and was introduced to the Nissan Premium Maintenance program. At first I was apprehensive about an "upcharge" item but the service manager explained to me that additional service items were involved and it is entirely up to the owner whether to opt for the standard or premium service option. I decided to go for the Premium. Frankly, Team Nissan North gets extra credit for their efforts to explain to me what all this factory service stuff is all about and do so without any hard sell. Ive had too much of that in my lifetime. Peter Moss, Enfield, NH

I cant even give this place one star but i think to write a review i have to. Going to this place was one of the most unpleasant experiences Ive had in years. I normally deal with strait forward, honest, respectful human beings but this was not the case here. So pushy, so shady, criticism of me not wanting a 20000$ car. Saying over and over again how I was putting my child in danger cause i wanted a used car for around 10,000$. The salesman also seemed very angry when i said I wanted to think about it. I just strongly recommend NOT ever going here. I hope all car dealerships are not this bad but Ive heard a lot are. Who needs a brand new car anyways ! Silly. Stay real my friends. Moneys not everything ♡ ps. Shaker Valley Auto is an amazing place! They are honest!

I cannot say enough good things about Team Nissan North! Prior to my new purchase I was driving a 2015 Nissan Rogue that I began leasing from TNN in 2015. This past weekend my Husband and I returned to look at the newer model Rogue and had a fantastic experience, again. We got to the dealership at 7:30 on Thursday evening and had made the deal and left by 8:30. William (GM), Alton (SM), and Alex (FM) were absolutely terrific!! The finance manager Alex really stood out during this experience. because he truly made it a perfect sale. He was a straight shooter and got our payments to where I was comfortable. Also who wouldnt love 4 free oil changes and free inspections for as long as you have the vehicle!? I would HIGHLY suggest Team Nissan North!!

Just returned a vehicle that belonged to my sister who passed away suddenly so this was a voluntary surrender. .William the sales manager on Sunday was absolutely rude to me and my husband all because the finance manager Jim didnt inform him this was happening. He wouldnt give me his last name and yelled at the receptionist she hadnt better give us his name either and not to touch the keys I left. I was advised by both Nissan Corporation and Jim at Nissan North that all I had to do was drop off the vehicle, keys and get the name of the person I gave the keys to. William made an already terrible situation even worse with his loudness, rude tone of voice and very unprofessional handling of the situation. Not someone I would ever buy a car from.

When this was Miller Nissan it was different. Everyone from reception, to sales guys, to parts and service really cared. They never jerked you around. Since it has been Team Nissan North the same cannot be said. I have been lied to one too many times by the service department. Now that I have started putting parts on my car that arent Nissan parts they lie even more. Its like they are the crooked mechanic you hate bringing your car to for repairs. Never thought I would ever give Nissan a bad review. I will not be purchasing my next car from them. They have completely turned me against them. I really feel taken advantage of all the money I have spent there and this is the thanks I get.

Consistently bad I have been dealing with Team Nissan North for 3 years now and I have finally decided to never use their services again. I am consistently amazed with how rude and dismissive the service department is. If you like to spend more money for lower quality repairs all while being treated terribly then I recommend Team Nissan North. If you value yourself as a costumer then I recommend looking elsewhere.
