Went to Carsmetics, Worcester MA for a ding on bumper. Was attended by Pete. The ding was not reparable and the bumper needed a replacement. Got a q quote and compared with other body shops. Carsmetic had the best price and location advantage. When I picked the car, the bumper had a nice finish and the color match was perfect. Cannot differentiate between the original color on the body to repainted bumper. Car was returned with clean interiors at agreed time. Was a great experience to with them. Would recommend this shop for body works and repairs. Cheers !! SG
