Ive tried to come by multiple times during desk hours to get a membership here. Both times the door was locked and no one was present at the desk-and I had called and made sure it was during desk hours both times I came by. I ended up leaving both times without seeing any staff. Really disappointing....and I imagine other people have probably had similar experiences. Id rather go across the street to golds gym than come back here a third time-just to get signed up.

Overall clean gym, 24 hour access 7days a week, really spacious - I like that I dont have to wait for a piece of equipment I want to use like some other gyms especially during rush hour. Theres diverse and fun group ex classes, XGT classes, and knowledgable personal trainers. Staff is overall friendly and welcoming too.

Place always look clean and tidy, but the mens bathroom need some hygiene maintainence. Recommend having those air freshener, soap refills and paper towels.

24 hour gym with different exercise rooms. Machines are maintained and clean. Staff is friendly.
