I went there recently and I will start with the pros. The facility was clean, well maintained. It had tall bays and there shop looked very modern. Staff was friendly. The cons, its hidden behind a dealership they may be part of so I didnt feel like they were really a shop more of a dealership specific shop. The guy who took my car for inspection I could tell had a hard time finding the reverse gear on my transmission (manual). They failed my car for steering but could not tell me why. The guy behind the counter said "ball joints I guess". He is required to tell you what is wrong by law but stood there and guessed. He directed me to the mechanic but I did not want to talk to him because he turned my car around in the shop to drive out instead of backing it straight out since he could not find the reverse gear. I found this extremely dangerous for people working in the shop but also risky for possibly hitting something with my car in the shop. I tried to explain to him that the car should no to have failed because i just changed the front steering rods, checked that and the suspension but he did not care. Needless to say I will not go back to them ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Find another place for your service or inspections.

Well went in for a oil change Guy Kevin and John r the best they do anything for u. I ask Kevin to ask if they can take a sticker off my truck for me . He forgot too and he insisted to do himself now thats service and I leave with a smile Love Modern Auto Service never any problems takes care of u right away!!!!!
