My wife and I have been pretty pleased with the service weve gotten here (oil changes, tire repairs, state inspections, new tires). The main manger (or whatever his title is -- the guy who is clearly in charge) works to fit us in if we make a last minute appointment. No one has tried to sell me extras (almost to a fault -- sometimes a heads up about a future need would be welcome). Prices for these routine things seem fair -- not as cheap as you could if you really tried, but not the most expensive either. Also, being attached to a mall is great. Waiting is safe and productive shopping and not just sitting around.

Worst hack mechanics ever! 8 month pregnant sister brought car in for leaking tire. Waited four hours for patch. Drove home to lowell only to find tire pressure low light back on again. Brought it to local mechanic only to find nail still in tire with no patch ever done. Tire was at 15lbs. Called to rectify manager claims work was never done on her car and she put the nail in herself. Nice to put a pregnant woman and her 3yr olds life in danger. Dont ever go to these scum bags you will regret it!

Manager of the establishment is very rude and clearly talks and treats people of color differently. Got yelled at violently and aggressively when following the direction of a employee to leave my car at a certain entrance of the building. When approaching the employees on the managers name, They all said they wont answer my questions and largely ignored me when asking if the way I was treated was fair. Manager treated me like it was 1960s.

If there was anything below one star if give it to this Sears auto one. Whenever I go there to fix anything, they just come up with extra package of problems that you have to pay for it first before getting anything really fixed. If I were to suggest a slogan for this one Id say "Sears Auto Center...NEVER Get The Job Done!"

The last few times I went there for tire rotations the guys seemed like I had no reason to be there. They were unpleasant. One guy told me today that I didnt buy my tires there. Which I absolutely did. He was a real ass. I dont plan in ever doing business with them again. They have very poor customer service.

what on earth is going on in the automotive area. sears is loosing tons of money because the guys in there are turning away work. I am not the only one.never had a issue before. management needs to do a Under Cover Boss episode at the Nashua NH store. and get to the bottom of it.

Brought my car in for an oil change next day wouldnt go above 40 brought it back and the car will no longer start. They claim they had nothing to do with it which is interesting since the car was running perfectly fine before it got brought to them

Charged me $25 for an oil change after I brought my own oil/filter, and then aligned my car without checking the front end - turns out I had a bad tie rod and the alignment was a waste of money
