Ive been there twice for a vehicle inspection. Each time I go they find something else wrong and quote me prices to repair inspection failures. I went on Jan 29th after having my vehicle worked on at another garage correcting all the issues Firestone said was preventing my vehicle from passing inspection. Well they found other things wrong (not pointed out in the initial inspection). I figured I would let them do the corrections/repairs so I could finally pass. $584.00 dollars later as Im cashing out the asst manager who had been working with me all afternoon informs me that my vehicle still did not pass inspection because the front end was out of alignment. Well I felt trapped and told them to do the alignment so again i could pass the inspection. After he tells the mechanic to do the alignment he proceeds to tell me my vehicle could not have passed inspection regardless of what was done that day because my "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" had multiple issues (basically accusing me of tampering with it). Mind you my Service engine light was not even on. I pay my stupidity tax to the asst. manager and leave. I get on the highway not more than a mile away and my car starts shaking violently and I noticed my Service Engine soon light was now on. In the course of them scamming me they told me one of my tires was bald and needed to be replaced, again I just let them sell me one, funny thing is after inspecting my car the next morning in the daylight I noticed I had 3 good tires ( including the new one) and one very bald one. "OMG", I feel like a fool. I am a disabled vet living on a fixed income and never claim victim-hood, but I dont have that kind of money to pay for needless repairs just to pass a State required inspection. I will find out what can be done to stop this type of scam. In the mean time I will have to shell out more money to fix what they obviously broke when they worked on my front end. I watched the mechanic replace my front ball joint and he did a good job. My normal mechanic says the part (ball joint) is what is wrong it must be faulty. If I had known my car would not have passed regardless I could have determined if it was even worth fixing or just junking it.

I have been bringing my Honda Element there for the last few years. I have had nothing but excellent professional customer service. Any time there has been a problem, they call me into the shop and show me what is going on or what needs to be fixed. I had purchased my car second hand. I knew a couple of the calipers needed to be fixed/replaced because I had my car looked at prior to going to Firestone but the previous repair shop didnt show me . When I brought my Honda in to Firestone, Mike and his technician took me to the lift where my car was and showed me everything that was going awry because of the frozen calipers. I have had a set of brakes front and back replaced, two calipers replaced, tires replaced, many oil changes, a transmission flush, spark plugs replaced, and a sway bar replaced. I also had my inspection sticker done there without any issue. Each time I have had nothing but exceptional service. Additionally, Mike also helped me get rebates and told me about the promos. He also helped me competitively match prices.

I had become a regular customer here since this location was opened. I had my car returned to me about a month ago from a regular service and noticed a large scrape on the bumper the next morning (I keep my car garaged). After going back and speaking with Mike, the manager, and walking through his shop it seemed clear that the damage was done from the mechanic hitting the red arms of the car lift while entering. Mike agreed to pay out of pocket so insurance wouldnt be involved. I was foolish and believed him. I was given the run around after that and to this day my car is still damaged and its likely too late to contact insurance. Dont make the same mistake I did. Stick with a small local shop that isnt just out to make a buck.

I purchased a life time alignment, The machine instructed the tech to do the alignment incorrectly, The manager, Keep pressing for the tech just to wrap it up, even though the job was incomplete (manager keep coming by and saying "We have other job that need to get done") the tech did not have the proper GMC tools, nor proper training on the new alignment machine, this was a two man alignment but tech was unable to receive assistance. I will say this tech was awesome, with all the BS he was taken he did preform the job to the best of "Firestone allowed ability, I wasted ??? Dollars at Firestone Just to pay another ??? down at a real front end business. Thumbs up to the tech, many thumbs down to the manager,

Theyre polite, courteous and professional. I dont trust a lot of mechanics because ive seen them rip people off way too often, so these are the only people I trust. If theres ever been an issue or concern, they were quick to fix it. I would suggest you make an appt and have someone go with you to drop the car off rather than stay. Any work on a car, especially if its more that a rotation, is going to take time (no matter where you go, and if its rushed out that means they didnt do their job). Give them the respect they deserve because they offer a commendable and necessary service.

Choose somewhere else to service your vehicle. You can make an appointment for whatever time but dont expect your car to be available for at least 6 hours. Ordered tires online, they installed and tried selling me tires that were much more expensive ones than I picked. literally a $200 difference. I was scheduled in twice for an inspection, the first time there were not enough technicians available, the second time they "were all out of inspection stickers". Well Firestone youve lost my business for good.

Their service is good, but make sure you are familiar with your car manufacturer maintenance schedule before you go in. They convinced me I needed the cabin filter changed 10,000 miles before the maintenance schedule recommends it. I unfortunately was not familiar with my cars maintenance schedule at the time and went with it.

How does an oil change go from 20 bucks to 28? Because this place is like a freaken phone/cable company. Fees, fees, and more fees. "Extra oil fee" - Really? I have a 4 cyl. 3 bucks for "used oil filter recycling charge - what?! Also, it took 45 mins!...to change oil! Well, I wont be going back here ever again, thats for sure.

Took 6 1/2 for a wheel balance. When I called the day before they said it was a40 minute job. Made an appointment at 10am and had to call at 4p to ask the status on my truck. Atleast another 15 -20 minutes to finish. Work is good but you need to plan an entire day to schedule anything. The work is good just takes forever
