Cannot say enough about the horrible experience I had w/ Lexel. I hired them to pack me (which they did a good job of) and move me long distance from Boston to TX. Although, they were very late to move me out (1 hr outside of the 3 hr provided time window). When they arrived in TX to move me in, they only showed up with 2 movers even though I was told there would be 3. They did not bring a dolly or anything to move my stuff so the move ended up taking over 4 hours to move in a 1 bedroom apt. The movers had no dolly or hand truck to move my belongings and expressed surprise at the "long hallway". Why would a loading dock go directly into ones apartment? I also wrote on the invoice that it was going to be an elevator move. I called to express my frustration and they found no record of my move despite searching by name and phone number. I even asked them to look up my move out that occurred on June 13th and they could not find me on the calendar. How can that be possible?? No one returned my phone call despite me calling multiple times during the 4 hours (I was told the manager was out to lunch) and no one called me back. My mattress bag was completely ripped in multiple places and my mattress is permanently stained with oil damage. I watched the movers who were rushing remove the moving blanket from my custom tufted headboard they sliced it with a boxcutter. This is a custom $2000+ headboard that cannot be repaired. 2 weeks went by without a single call back. Only email and text messages. I got a measly insurance check and they offered a $50 coupon for my next move. Thats hilarious that they think I would ever use that. After explaining how laughable that was, they gave me a check for that amount. If you care about your belongings and actually getting the service that you pay for, go somewhere else. It should be reasonable to get a call back during a 4 hour move during business hours.

Lexel movers were great! I moved my 2 bedroom house from Newton mass to Long Island, NY two weeks ago. My experience with Lexel was great! And I mean it! My move was scheduled 2 weeks in advance after Michael came over for an in-home estimate and provided the flat price on the same day! I accepted the quote right away since I thought that my flat price was reasonable and Michael answered all my questions about packing very professionally. We had 4 movers packing and loading the truck in Newton (which was one of Michaels recommendations as well) and 2 men unloading in Long beach on the next day. Everything went fast and I could tell the movers very really careful with our furniture. Sorry Lexel movers! I didnt mean to watch you all the time, but Im really concerned about my familys stuff. They used moving pads for protection of our dressers and couches. Some items were wrapped in plastic. You should see them working with the plastic wrap! I wish I took a picture. Overall great experience with our movers. We are finishing unpacking now and everything looks great without any damages. Service is fast and stuff is friendly! Good luck on your moving day everyone!

My wife and I recently completed our move from the Boston area to Nashville. After doing some looking around and feeling overwhelmed we found Lexel. They were gave us a fair price and were reachable with all our questions prior to the move. On moving day everything went smoothly and was well prepared for the move. Our stuff then arrived in a timely manner in Nashville. Now we did have an item that was slightly damaged during the move but Lexel immediately responded to us. They began with apologizing and also mailed reparations for the item based on the insurance that is provided free of charge. For anyone moving from the Boston area, I highly recommend Lexel Moving.

The move went extremely well. Two movers showed up on the early end of the window they had provided, after texting their anticipated arrival time to my brother. They professionally and efficiently loaded the apartment furnishings and boxes into the moving truck, helped us box a few items (such as lampshades) and carefully wrapped all the furniture with blankets. Moving estimate was provided in a detailed way with description of services and additional charge for the travel time. In the end move was completed in less time than estimated with no damages!

Thank you to Alex and team for getting me moved from Charlestown to Lynn. These guys showed up on time and took just under 6 hours to take apart and move furniture and boxes for an 850 sq ft loft and storage. They put together my furniture in my new place better than it was before! They really worked hard and were super nice. (These guys do office moves as well, I hope to work with them in the future.) LEXEL guys are diligent.... Its my immense pleasure to mention that LEXEL guys did a wonderful job in moving my furniture in Weston, MA. They were nice in manners, diligent in nature, and very cautious about moving items. In general, moving companies got a bad name. However, LEXEL made a difference. Lexel Movers were great! From day one we loved the service! Free in-home estimate service was scheduled for the next day after we called to get a quote. We asked for a flat moving price and Ross kindly assured that our total bill will not exceed the estimated price and the promise was kept - it even took the professional movers less time to complete our move then originally quoted! Lexel Moving & Storage did a great job on my relocation. I have moved from Boston to New York with no stress. Reasonable quote was provided. I dont remember names of my movers but they were on time, careful with my belongings and definitely knew what they were doing.
