I have been a loyal customer since 2007. Worked at Jiffy Lube locations with Joe Teczar my boss. The crew he has at the Whitman store cares, takes an interest in my 2002 Rodeo.. Always get the engine treatments, snythetic oil, engine in great shapre at 197,740 miles taking their recommendations. The greeter gives me a good overview of service required. Get my oil changed, drive off and almost kill myself at a red light... No brakes!! Take my truck back and they take no responsibly for breaking my brake lines.. "Must have happened when you drove off". We went out front to where they parked the truck after performing the oil change. Clearly 2 puddles, one where it was parked, and one leading to it from the bay where it was worked on. This is madness...

Jiffy Lube Whitman is usually pretty good. When I left this time I was out of wiper fluid the next day. This particular visit it looks like they were training new persons. Clearly they didnt check or fill it.. Makes me worry about what else went unchecked. I live 20 min away now and was passing thru.

After waiting for over 10 minutes w/o being acknowledged by the Meineke down the street, I drove to this Jiffy Lube. I was immediately greeted and escorted to the waiting area. The guys working were pleasant, thorough and quick! I will definitely take my car back in the future!

The best oil change experience! Everyone that works there was extremely nice and knowledgeable! when I had problems with an oil leak, they replaced the washer and refilled my oil with no charge. Thanks guys!!
